A fantastic place to spend our family vacation. Great location, super soft and fine sand, close to the water. Could hear the waves from our room. Good variety of food and very pleasant staff. Lots of restaurants and small shops close by. Recommend it. Short dive away are other great restaurants, cenotes and lagoons.

Breakfast menu

The room had signs of wear. There were rips in the screen in the bathroom and a strong smell from the pipes in the bathroom at night likely from plumbing. Resort is starting to show its age

My stay at Coco Unlimited was lovely. The stag went above and beyond to accommodate our stay. Breakfast was delicious every morning with a variety of options. Property was clean and well maintained. I am beyond satisfied with my experience.

Place was clean but dated. Thatched roofs missing grass, mold on the rafters, mold on the beach loungers and chairs. Lots of ants. Bed was very firm. Breakfast was really good. Decent menu and included in the price. Beach location was amazing! I’d like to see more towels, some hand towels in the rooms. There was also no mini fridge. That would’ve been amazing to have. Our friends at the other resorts all had them.

This place looks like what your dreaming about when you picture a beach front cabana in Tulum. Its Simple. Drinks were Beautiful the Mezcal Flower was a wonderful cocktail. The Breakfast was traditional and more than ample. I loved the Beach Zone Cabana I was in. Waking Up with a view of the ocean and a hammock on your porch with a bar 100ft from your door and the ocean 100 feet from that is.. Perfect.

This resort was beyond my expectations with its staff, accommodations and location. Pictures don’t do justice to this jewel in Tulum. The peaceful atmosphere and the closeness to the beach and amenities at the same time made my family’s experience in Tulum unforgettable. I highly recommend this place if you want peace and quiet. Just beyond happy to have found this place and I’ll definitely go back any given time.

On Tulum Beach... Very Cozy and Nice

The hotel staff was accommodating and wonderful. The room was pretty spacious and had a nice view. Not the hotel's fault that the sargassum meant that no one ventured into the ocean. And that the smell of it was very unpleasant. My only real complaint is that loud "beach club" music lasts until 10 or 10:30 p.m. making sleep challenging for light sleepers.

We had great experience in this place. We stayed two nights with my wife and a toddler boy. The beach is very close by, breakfast near beach and overall ambient was great. The stuffs were really nice and always greet. However I would like to see some improvements. I think they should have a micro oven and fridge. We needed hot water for toddler to make milk we were thinking about micro oven. However bar is in the downstairs and they provide right of way. Overall I would definitely recommend this place. It’s peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was good too.

The establishment maintains a high standard of cleanliness, and the staff consistently provides friendly and efficient service. The front desk personnel are proficient in English. Furthermore, the location offers convenient access to reputable beach clubs and dining establishments. The hotel also cultivates an excellent romantic ambiance, ideal for couples. We anticipate a return visit.
