I can start this with confidence when I write there was NOTHING we didn’t like. Now that that is over, here’s what we liked. The property was beautiful. The fact that it was laid out so that every room has an ocean view is huge. The place was immaculate. Never dirty in ANY place we went. The pool was super clean and well maintained, possible the best kept pool we’ve encountered out of the several dozen vacations we’ve had. The food was good but not great. This could be simply personal preference so no need to write about it further. The shows were AMAZING. We saw the fire show and two musical artist impersonation shows. The fire show was great but the impersonation shows were absolutely hands down the best resort shows we’ve ever seen. The guns and roses act was so perfect. The kid who did Axel was spot on. So was Freddie mercury and Cher and Pit bull. I’ve seen plenty of resort impersonator shows and the energy and effort that went in to this was HIGHLY commendable. It’s very obvious that the performers studied videos of the performers they were impersonating because the moves, attitude, gestures, and mannerisms were so perfect you truly felt as if you were watching the real thing. The staff were super polite and went out of their way to accommodate you constantly. Truly, IMO, the best hotel we’ve stayed at in our roughly dozen visits to Mexico. We will happily be back.

Property is HUGE in size half of its restaurants are closed probably due to low occupancy! Open buffet is BAD. Very limited variety and 90% Mexican food! They would hid some food and don’t serve it if you don’t ask em to!! No activities by the pools! Just music and no entertainment at night
