We loved everything about this place. The beach area was just amazing with soft white sand…lots of beach chairs and towels were available. Staff members were very friendly and always excited to help. We went for dinner at Le Basilica where Jonathan took really good care of us. At the Cabana dinner Edgar was super nice and friendly. He was happy to take some of our pictures as well. The cleaning staff made sure they even washed the balcony with utmost care. Rooms were huge especially the bathroom. We had stayed at the Infinite club 1 bedroom room.

All of the above, Staff were very helpful, rooms always cleaned promptly and dropped by 2 or 3 times a day to see if anything was needed... The only negative was the water pressure from the shower.. Not enough pressure and the shower head was fixed, couldn't point it down which was very disappointing

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach and would absolutely return! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful. Every single person we interacted with went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. The service truly stands out and makes the whole experience feel luxurious and welcoming. The resort itself is spotless. The rooms, common areas, pools, and grounds are all extremely clean and well maintained. You can tell they take pride in keeping everything beautiful. The buffet food was AMAZING — so many fresh options and everything we tried was delicious. There was something for everyone, and the quality exceeded our expectations for an all-inclusive. The beach and pools were also very clean and well cared for. The water was beautiful, and there was always plenty of space to relax and enjoy the view. The only small downside is that the specialty restaurants require reservations, so you do need to plan your dinners ahead of time. Once we figured that out, it wasn’t a big issue — just something to keep in mind when you arrive. Overall, an incredible resort with outstanding service, great food, and a beautiful, clean atmosphere. We had a fantastic stay!

Our welcome day was disappointing from the start. Drinks were not offered right away, and the lines were extremely long. On previous visits, new guests were greeted immediately with drinks and warm towels, but that was not our experience this time. The night shows were underwhelming, and while the food was okay, it certainly didn’t stand out. The desserts were just average as well. What frustrated us the most was having to wait in a very long line after check-in just to make restaurant reservations. The wait was so excessive that we decided to come back later, which unfortunately resulted in us not being able to secure reservations at the restaurants we wanted. It’s hard to understand how a place rated as 5 stars requires guests to stand in long lines just to book dining. The only highlight of our stay was the restaurant staff — they were incredibly friendly, polite, and truly made a positive difference in our experience

Fantastic stay and highly recommend. Everything from the staff and service throughout the resort, the rooms, the amenities and shows, as well as the food - it was all top notch. Located in the hotel zone so felt safe for this 1st time traveller to Mexico. The sand was soft and the water was clear blue. Located in the perfect spot where the waves were calm most of the time but when the wind picked up they were fun to play in. Would definitely return.

We couldnt have been happier with our stay. I want to personally say Thank you to every member of the staff. You all were great! The beach and ocean views are stunning. There was a nice mix of food choices. From burgers and fries to Hibachi, authentic Mexican dishes, steak, seafood etc. We enjoyed the live music, karaoke, magic shows, and high wire acts over the pool. There were "exercise" classes in the pool which were great. Souvenir shops, local bars and restaurants are within a 5 minute walk if you want to explore a little. Overall, we highly recommend. You wont be disappointed.

We had a great week, the resort is spotless! Our rooms were beautifully clean. The staff here go out of their way! We appreciated all the great service we received but some callouts need to be made to Chantal on the beach, Abraham at the middle swim up bar and Antonio and Alejandro in Isla Contoy! They made our week and we were a group of 21!

Amazing staff, room was gorgeous, and the food was excellent. Good options for dinner. Beach was perfect!

Although my first impression wasn’t great, as the property felt more like a hotel than a resort, the hospitality from the staff, the food, the beach, and almost everything else that followed made our stay at Grand Fiesta a truly memorable vacation.

We stayed here for a wedding and it was perfect. Staff was super helpful, rooms were clean, food was delicious and the drinks never stopped :) . 100/10 stars would stay there again in a heartbeat!!

Beautiful resort with very attentive staff, comfortable and spacious rooms, good restaurants and food choices, nice sized gym with enough equipment for a good workout, plenty of beach chairs (if you head out early and reserve them with personal items), good classes/activities. Since we went during Feb break, there were lots of families. Beach chair placement was crowded and difficult to find a place to settle. Loved the aquatic trampoline, aquatic spin, aloe, and sand scrub classes. Instructors are engaging. Hibachi entertainment was the best we've ever experienced... chef was funny and engaging (participation makes it more fun!). Beach area wasn't huge/very flat for playing sports. No permanent beach volleyball net. Wanted to kayak/paddleboard, but it was too windy the entire time we were there. Wish they had more exercise classes or allowed more participants in some classes (i.e., pool yoga, painting, etc.). This was 1st all-inclusive we've done as we never think it's worth it since we don't drink and eat much, however, it was convenient and the higher end food choices made it feel like it was worth it. Would consider an all-inclusive again for the right price.
