Breakfast was very limited . limited restaurants and food options unless you want to go into town Room was noisy tough to sleep early with the music from the bar. road noise + others in the building above us. Strong sewer gas smell often. slow draining sink

My experience at Hotel B Cozumel was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. I chose this hotel expecting comfort, good service, and basic hospitality—but it failed on every level. The room was poorly maintained, with clear signs of neglect. Cleanliness was far from acceptable, and it felt like nobody cared enough to fix or improve anything. The service was just as bad—slow, and disorganized. On top of that, the overall atmosphere was chaotic and unprofessional. What should have been a relaxing stay turned into a frustrating experience that last only a few hours as my wife and I decided to walk away from this place and make a reservation in another hotel, last minute. For the price they charge, the value is absolutely not there. There are many better options in Cozumel. I would never stay here again, and I don’t recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable or enjoyable trip.

Rooms are dimly lit and only have 2 outlets, 1 in the bathroom and 1 above the small, tepid mini bar fridge. Very simple room with a decent shower. There is no info in the room to assist the guest with basic questions; when we tried to call the front desk by dialing 0 on the unlabeled phone, no one answered. The macrame chairs are pretty & sturdy, but the bar across the back kills your back. A number of guests waited in the open air lobby with us for several hours as none of the availabe rooms were ready before 3. The staff was nice enough, but we are unlikely to stay again.

We loved this boutique hotel! The property is beautiful, and you just basically step to the ocean. Loved the ocean platform, pools, jacuzzi, and so cool that anywhere you are, you have stunning ocean view! Food in both restaurants were delicious gourmet. All staff at the restaurants were amazingly nice. We stayed at the Hotel B side that is older and needs some room improvement. Hotel Unique side looks nicer but it’s for adults only. My only complaint is the front desk service, and couple things at the room that they took forever to fix.
