ホテル B コスメル

コスパの高いホテルです。すぐ目の前にシュノーケルが楽しめる岩礁があり、海に入らなくても小魚の群れが見えました。こじんまりした静かなホテルです。ゆっくりしたい人にはオススメです。

港からタクシーで５分位ですが、ホテルの周りには何も無いので、港付近で食事をしてきました。海が目の前で景色も良く夕日が沈むカリブ海が素晴らしかった。

ホテルのインテリアもスタイリッシュかつメキシコっぽいかわいらしさもあり、清潔感もありで良かったです。 朝食はアメリカン・ブレックファストで、代金に含まれていたのでボリュームはイマイチでしたが、こんなものかな。。。 やはりこのホテルは掲載写真のとおり、プールサイド＆海が良かったです。岩場なのでビーチはないけれど、眺めも シュノーケリングも楽しめます。スタッフも対応が良く、親切でした。(レストランのスタッフはあんまり。。。でした)

部屋は全てオーシャンビューで、綺麗な海が大きく広がる景色を楽しめます。朝食はコンチネンタルが無料でした。また、スタッフはたいへんフレンドリーで、気持ちの良い対応でした。残念な点としてはエレベーターがなかったことです。

This is our favorite property in Cozumel. Love it here. Great rooms, great view wonderful snorkeling.

I have been to "all-inclusives" as well as just boutique hotels. I understand both benefits. I won't come back here. $10 bottles of water, overpriced food. I was nickel and dimed for everything. The mini fridge was stuffed so full of $5-$20 drinks that we just took their stuff out and put it back at the end of the week. The shower curtain fell down on the first day, (they promptly fixed it). The chairs in the room were so uncomfortable that they literally could not be used for more than a few minutes. There was a "do not disturb" sign was a couple of yarn knots on a string, that everyone ignored. One day the bartender came knocking because the $20 I paid with had a teeny tiny ink mark on it. The other days we were disturbed by a woman checking to see if the art work on the walls was still there. The spa was good, the food was good, (service sucks), and the pools were great. I won't stay here again. All n all, I'd say for the money, go to "Dreams" or "Secrets". It's a couple hundred more, but it'll be cheaper on the back end. It was just weird.

We stay in a different property each time we go to Cozumel. This was our tenth trip. Hotel B was the best so far! Service made the difference. Staff were consistently the best. Reception spoke excellent American and were proactive in their service. My passport dropped out in the shuttle on the way there. I panicked, because I didn’t remember the company name. The bell person not only remembered the company, but also the driver. To make a long story short, the bell person summoned a taxi, explained in Mexican the situation to the driver, gave him instructions. The bell person then explained what the taxi driver should do and what we should do. Passport found; crisis averted. The room was very clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable once we figured out how to “cradle” our heads in the pillows, because they were too high for both my husband andI. There was a crack in the sink, but that didn’t affect function. Chairs in the room and desk were uncomfortable and rusted. They are in the process of updating, because other rooms we saw had newer chairs. Pools, restaurants, beach and views were wonderful. Get an ocean view to watch the sunsets!!!

Staff were super friendly, we loved Marco he was so helpful and the staff were very accommodating. Place was lovely and clean .

We love Hotel B! Comfortable rooms, amazing staff and the restaurant is beyond fabulous! The food is delicious and beautifully played. A top. Itch place to stay!

Really enjoyed this hotel. Two restaurants, two pools, access to the ocean for snorkeling, poolside cabanas and multiple seating areas. Yoga and massages available. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Elevator access and water stations on every floor. The food was delicious! Hope to return soon!

The hotel was amazing, great location, safe easy parking, beautiful views, the pools and property are gorgeous. Food at both restaurants is delicious and the spa was amazing. Cannot wait to come back here!! Highly recommend.

Beautiful pool area and he small cove in front is some of the best snorkeling I did on my entire trip. Next time I will skip the boat tour and just spend the whole day here.
