The room was clean and well temperature-controlled. The attached room deck was spacious and the entry very secure.2 minor problems: 2nd night we were locked out because the desk had under-charged us (turned out to be correct, but another way to handle it?) The room safe did not work. It was promptly replaced with another that could not have the combination re-set from "1-2-3" because they did not have an override key in case of lost combination. The place was very safe and housekeeping staff very helpful and seemed trustworthy, but nonetheless...not really as promised.

Hotel is good. Room floors were dirty. Bathroom has your typical mexico sewer smell. You pay for breakfast. Location was not the greatest, however parking is within the property which was a plus. The only reason I wouldn’t stay there is the internet. No TV or internet service. They provide wifi, yet it was slow and or no signal at all.

The hotel is nothing like it appears to be in the photos. It’s old, it looks more like a motel, the location is inconvenient, not a walkable neighborhood, and the price does not match the value. The staff is kind and helpful, (although they charge extra for coffee), but the place is really disappointing. My room’s view was a dump, with rubble piled up, and a parking lot. It’s noisy when cars come in. The room was clean but a smell was lingering and didn’t go away. The decoration and the lights are depressing. The restaurant has very good prices and the servings are abundant. So it’s not all bad, but it’s not what I was expecting.

The cuality of the hotel going down, no water pressure in the shower, the size of the shower room too Small the floor slippery un unsafe, the windows without lacking function properly, the night staff too young to solve serious problems With olders customers drinking and disturbing at late night, you have to inspect the room yourself for cleaning when you receive the room of the room, they make me feel unwelcome since the beginning. I don't recommend this hotel at all

The hotel is not on Americana . This area is not pretty and feels a bit unsafe. The hotel looks to have been renovated a few years ago but it is showing signs of wear and tear. The bathroom smells and the shower temperature was hard to adjust. It is ok but a budget stay but otherwise not a pleasant experience.
