Buen hotel, solo que cuando nos tocó no estaba la alberca abierta

Me quede con la sensación de que es un poco caro, todo fue bien, pero tengo esa sensación...

El personal bien, me tocó mucho ruido de parte de otros huéspedes que estaban fumando marihuana y teniendo fiestas durante la noche. Pedí apoyo y resolvieron rápido, me tocó un cuarto con un olor fuerte a drenaje dentro del baño y la taza de repente no cargaba agua. Fuera de eso es cómodo y muy bien ubicado

We have always stayed at the Hotel Isabel for the past 5-6 years. We have two dogs, enjoyed the convenience and dog friendly atmosphere. Last time we were there we were concerned with the restaurant. This time is was HORRIBLE. It was obvious why there were no patrons. There were no beverages but soda, no wine, no coffee and no alcoholic beverages. We only had water for dinner. The food came COLD. I mean my rice, vegetables and shrimp were cold. They were not freshly prepared and tasted terrible. We noticed the one other table in the restaurant returned their pizza because it was cold. The waiter did nothing but laugh at his phone. We did not even have silverware and had to ask for it after our meals came. There are NO other restaurants in the area and we would have been required to drive a distance to find a meal. After all of these years. We will not be returning to the HOtel Isabel.

Realizamos un viaje entre amigas (5 personas) y fue una gran opción para hospedarnos ya que nos permitió quedarnos a todas en la misma habitación. El personal del hotel siempre muy amable. Las instalaciones están en buenas condiciones, es una construcción que ya tiene algunos años pero se nota el mantenimiento.

Horrible place! One word: bedbugs

Me agradó la estancia en el hotel, es limpio y con personal joven y agradable, solo hubo un problema, se fue la luz desde las 3 de la tarde del sábado y volvió hasta las 9:30 de la mañana del domingo, solo el baño tenía luz y fue incómodo porque hacía calor y el aire acondicionado no prendía.

Nos tocó una habitación muy encerrada en cuanto al baño, huele mucho a humedad pero pues relación y precio esta bien !

Despues de irme me di cuenta que me faltaban 500 pesos, fue mi error dejar dinero en el hotel cuando salí, sin embargo no pensé que fuera a pasar

The room was dirty, poor water pressure, the bathroom water smelt like sewer, there was an empty can of beer under the bed that didn’t belong to us. Room was infested with roaches. The bed and pillows very uncomfortable, the bedding had grey hair everywhere and the towels were stained. There’s a coffee machine but no coffee—not even complimentary water. Both mornings they were out of cappuccinos. Awful service, dirty rooms, sewer smelling water that made us feel dirty even after showering. Will never stay there again.

Great value and breakfast included. Perfect location. Charming budget hotel with heated pool. Would definately stay again.
