Rooms very clean and cleaned every day and working air conditioning. Easy access to parking lot. I love staying at this hotel because is close to restaurants places to walk to and staff is very professional, courteous and pleasant. I have stayed at this hotel twice and if I ever visit Queretaro again I will definitely stay there

Is like staying and traveling to a time in the past. Gardens and property are breathtaking. Rooms are out of a dream. Loved how the light of dawn woke me in the morning. I like everything! the place, the rooms, the service, clean, cordial. But, I was disappointed that the little fridge in my room did not work. It could be really hot in Querétaro. Maintenance should be conducted often. Otherwise, these amenities should be removed. Believe me, fizzy water is not pleasant at all when is warm. I've got it thinking that I have a fridge.
