Is like staying and traveling to a time in the past. Gardens and property are breathtaking. Rooms are out of a dream. Loved how the light of dawn woke me in the morning. I will definitely return and stay for a longer visit. Thank you to all involved! Please keep this hotel as beautiful for all to enjoy.

I like everything! the place, the rooms, the service, clean, cordial. But, I was disappointed that the little fridge in my room did not work. It could be really hot in Querétaro. Maintenance should be conducted often. Otherwise, these amenities should be removed. Believe me, fizzy water is not pleasant at all when is warm. I've got it thinking that I have a fridge.
