El hotel ya está muy viejo

me and my wife checked the room and it was a room with double bed and they looked like twin beds, we went back down and told her that my reservation was for a room with Queen bed, she tried to make us stay and us the room with the double beds even do I told her I was traveling with my wife and the beds where really small for me and my wife to sleep in together, after telling her several times that the it was not acceptable she changed our room to a room on the 5th floor room 511, the room shower was not clean it had hairs on the walls, the bed was hard and so are the pillows they felt like they are filled with hard old rags, and the bed was really hard, the room was cold and when we tried to use the heather, it did not work, me and my wife just agreed to not pay attention and to make the best of our trips, we dont like people going into our room even if we are not there so we always leave the do not disturbe sign on so service personal do not go into the room, they went into the room 2 times, when we told the receptionist they said well they go in to see if guest have not left the hotel with out checking out,our booking was for 5 days, we told the receptionist you guys have computers that let you know how many days the guest is booked for, on Saturday morning we went to check out and they tried to charge us a extra 130 drls, since he could not provide a reason for the charge I told him I was not going to pay and walk out and ask them to call Hotels.com for any disputes

Friendly staff, clean rooms, great location close to the Principal Plaza. Walking distance to so many attractions. Wifi needs to be improved, but I would definitely stay again.

The property is to old

El cuarto está bien y por lo que pagas, lo vale, el checkout era hasta las 3 PM, nunca había visto eso, el personal es amable, lo único malo es que a pesar de estar hasta el último piso, el ruido de la calle es notable, música y ruido de motos y automóviles.

El lugar tiene una excelente ubicación, la zona es muy buena para estar afuera, incluso en la noche ya que es muy centrica y concurrida.

Great room view to the plaza. Beds were confortable, room was big and had a table and chairs to have a meal. Bathroom was big and plenty of hot water

Mi opinión es,porque las señoras de limpieza SIEMPRE tocan las cosas personales en los hoteles del centro en León?como bolsitas de cosméticos,TIRAN BOLSAS que los huéspedes usamos para proteger la ropa de los zapatos usados no hay sentido común para pensar que ESO?lo tienen que respetar,es el único hotel que no le dejé propina a la chica me fui muy molesta

Dirty, Old, Smelly lots of humidity. Breakfast is not event continental. It only includes bad coffee, toast and cheap orange juice

Great place to stay for the price. The beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable. The building is past its prime so the AC isn’t the best but other than that, it is a budget friendly and clean place to stay.

Not a good A C and lil smell of cigarette on the bed but it was just one night

The staff and management are great. very friendly, polite and accessible. GREAT SERVICE ALL THE WAY.
