Seadust Cancún All Inclusive Family Resort

It was a great resort

My experience at this resort has been extremely disappointing. The elevators are unreliable, often out of service, which forced me to walk up and down multiple flights of stairs every time I needed to access my room. This alone is unacceptable, especially for guests with mobility issues. Despite the resort advertising that no reservations are needed, I was repeatedly turned away from restaurants due to so-called “fully booked” times. This is misleading and frustrating. The food is far below standard—bland, poorly prepared, and lacking variety. The pool area is unsanitary, with visible debris including hair, food, clothing, and even unhygienic personal items floating in the water. The entertainment staff only speaks in Spanish and consistently favors children of Hispanic descent during group activities. This behavior is exclusionary and inappropriate, especially in a resort that claims to cater to international guests. Additionally, the general attitude of the staff has been rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in hospitality. Most disturbingly, this resort is not accommodating to guests with disabilities. My mother fell and sustained a wound on the property, and instead of receiving basic first aid or assistance, she was told to seek medical help elsewhere. She wasn’t even offered a bandage or antiseptic. I do not recommend this resort and urge management to take immediate action to address these serious shortcomings. This level of neglect and poor service.

Was told on 2nd day after we did not buy into Travel Leisure vacation plan time share that not all restaurants noted were a available, seating at restaurants took about 1 hr, cannot make reservation; kids club small very limited S is times snd days of zip lines and mini golf. Not close to any other local restaurNts or nightclubs; only 1 night lub on property, no servers so you wait in line to get your drinks; DJ alternates nights with karioke.

Food was average and if you do not book direct you’re given limited privileges. Staff was friendly and room was clean.

Would not recommend. Customer service and resort it self are terrible. Definitely would not recommend or go back.

The rooms are very beautiful and the service and staffs are wonderful. 100% top notch service. However they need fixing the elevators which are hot and sometimes non functioning. The room needs a bit more cooling as the AC was not circulating much. The toilet got blocked easily as the force of water was a bit slow as well as the shower. Food is largely mexican and they need to bring more assortment of food. But all in all, its a good place to spend time with family and if these things are fixed then it is top notch.

Nothing don’t go there You are wasting time and money

Everything was great. We just had one full day with no access to the pool. And the other day the toddler pool was closed. Pools should be accessible to the guest at all times. Maybe cleaning should be done after pools are closed and ready for use os guests.

We had to keep looking for house keeping to get clean towels and rags

The property has not A/C in the lobby areas or internal hallways. The A/C in the rooms is not working properly( we spoke with another customers). The elevators don't have any A/C working, are very hot, to place a person to the extreme of a heat stroke. The service in all the restaurants is a disaster, slow, long waiting times and the food has the same quality as the buffet food. Cold water to drink is a privilege, is difficult to get cold water in any of the restaurants and the buffet area, same problem. They don't have enough waiters working there. The pools are the most filthy that you can find in your life, since birds poop floating over the water to hair and white foam that I don't know what is. The teather don't have A/C. The kids waterpark was closed for days , they were doing maintenance, but when started, I did not see anything working properly,the water was nasty on the second day after the opening. You can see birds flying inside Maguey restaurant, and of course pooping on the air or food if the back look comes with any client. I will never return to this horrible place. I feel scammed.

I had high expectations for this hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The pool area was overcrowded every day, and it was nearly impossible to find an available chair, no matter what time we went. It felt like the hotel was overbooked and not equipped to handle the number of guests. Restaurant reservations were a nightmare. It was incredibly difficult to get a table, and the system seemed disorganized and frustrating. We often ended up waiting a long time or having to make alternative plans. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. It does not offer the relaxing or enjoyable experience you'd expect for the price. Save your money and look for a better-managed hotel.

El Peor resort en la Zona Hotelera para ir de vacaciones. Las habitaciones no tienen servicio de calefaccion y de la comida ni se diga todo sin sabor. No gasten su dinero en algo que no vale la Pena. Fue la primera y ultima vez que recervamos en este resort.

Decent hotel

Fabulous family friendly hotel. This was indeed one of the best hotels we have been to. The hours of the hotel's restaurants was hard to keep up with. They should be open more hours. Specially the mexican one. It was always full or closed so we didnt get to try it. All of the food in the oyher places was good though.

Not bad but everything just regular service clear etc

I can say it was hot almost everywhere we went in the motel,limited eating ,the buffet the fruit was hot and the pools were crowded.

The elevators where slow or not working no air conditioning in them. There was a roach in our bathroom. The food where we ate steak made me sick.
