Don’t think twice. Book this secluded private hotel and enjoy your stay in Ulcinj. Breakfast is included and delicious. Go eat chevapi at restaurant 9 Go eat steak on a sizzling brick at La Tavola and ask for Trapisti cheese potatoes … not French fries. You’ll thank me later.

Very good - amazing pool and private beach area (no sand) 20min walk to the busy town. Air von took a while to call down the rooms.

Nothing beats this location. It is by far the best accommodation in Ulcinj. Beautiful on a rock, private beach, view on the old town. And with just a short (but steep) hike you are in the old town where all the restaurants are. The food isn’t that good in the restaurant, so go to town for your lunch & dinner. We both had to work during the week and the place was excellent for that. We had the duplex unit, so we both had our own floor to work. Wifi is really bad, but we each bought a sim card that gave a fast connection.

Really lovely family-run boutique hotel with nice pool area (including pool bar) and private beach. It’s quite hard to get to along a dark windy road, but is walking distance to the old town and the plaza beyond. Room was very clean and comfortable, although our safe didn’t work and the kettle was broken (however this was swiftly replaced). Breakfasts were good and the host was very attentive - he’s always on hand. We also received a little goody bag when we left.

Lovely hotel with great views and great bar and jetty by the sea. Not nearly enough storage and a few things were falling apart but very stylish so we didn’t mind too much. Scary road to the property but you get used to it! Old town nice but avoid the new town beach- horrendously dirty and crowded.

Nice modern apartment with excellent sea view. Friendly, helpful staff, particularly the guy serving in the restaurant. Highly recommend. Only negative is that the bar area wasn’t open in the evenings.

Fantastic place to stay. Beautiful location overlooking private beach. Our apartment had balcony with view across the bay to the old town. Waiters and reception staff so friendly and helpful. Food was excellent - all freshly cooked and they catered brilliantly for my gluten free diet. There were plenty of vegetarian options too.
