Die Anlage ist einfach traumhaft schön und super gepflegt. Alle Mitarbeiter waren absolut zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir geben von Herzen 5 Punkte und hoffen bald wieder dort Gast zu sein.

Don’t think twice. Book this secluded private hotel and enjoy your stay in Ulcinj. Breakfast is included and delicious. Go eat chevapi at restaurant 9 Go eat steak on a sizzling brick at La Tavola and ask for Trapisti cheese potatoes … not French fries. You’ll thank me later.

The property is beautiful and peaceful, staff is friendly, and they even make their own olive oil.

Wir waren überwältigt von der wunderschönen Unterkunft. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, sauberes Zimmer. Es hatte stets ausreichend Liegen für alle Gäste. Das Wasser zum Baden unmittelbar beim privaten Strand war sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr abwechslungsreich, vielfältig. Die Ausgangsmeile ist unmittelbar in der Nähe und zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Am letzten Abend habe wir im Hotel Abend gegessen und es war sehr fein. Wir würden immer wieder diese Unterkunft in Ulqin buchen. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Det är knappt att man vill berätta om detta extraordinära hotell, på samma sätt som man inte berättar om ens bästa svampställen. Hotellet ligger helt fantastiskt på en klippa ut mot havet. Vi hade slående utsikt var vi än befann oss, rummet, frukostmatsalen, strandbaren, överallt denna underbara utsikt. Personalen var väldigt trevlig och man kändes sig som personliga vänner med alla. Hotellets ägare cirkulerade och hjälpte till där det behövdes för stunden. Ibland plockade han disk på frukosten, på kvällen kunde han slå sig ner vid ett bord och prata med gästerna. När vi skulle lämna hotellet och ville beställa taxi till stationen, vem tror ni dyker upp och skjutsar oss? Jo hotellägaren förstås! Om vi ändå ska nämna något mindre positivt så ligger hotellet ca 15 min promenad utanför centrum och vägen är väldigt smal och krokig så man kan knappt förstå att biltrafik är tillåten. Vi har starka ben och det var inget problem att gå in till centrum men om man inte är så rörlig ska man tänka sig för. Det gäller förövrigt även inne på hotellområdet. Vi hade 89 trappsteg från stranden till vårt rum. Vi är tacksamma att vi fått chansen att bo på detta hotell.

Very good - amazing pool and private beach area (no sand) 20min walk to the busy town. Air von took a while to call down the rooms.

Wonderful property, breathtaking view, staff is kind and attentive. We had to leave early in the morning before breakfast started and the hotel provided a nice breakfast in a bag.

It’s the best hotel I’ve ever stayed. Amazing staff, excelent location, great amenities, delicious food. Our room was super clean. Only pillow was uncomfortable.

Endroit idylique ! Pour un séjour inoubliable Nous rentrons d’une semaine où nous avons passés un séjour magique. Il est vrai que la situation est magique , paisible, c est très appréciable ( piscine, accès plage privee). l’ensemble du personnel est vraiment exceptionnel. Sans oublier une mention spéciale pour le propriétaire et son fils toujours aux petits soins pour nous et notre petit de 16 mois. Allez y les yeux fermés !

Our room was renovated and brand new, something of a Vegas kitschy style. Absolutely loved the blue velour couch. The bathroom was awesome too with tiles that look like hardwood, so it’s like you’re showering in the forest cabin. The owner is so very nice and even drove us to dinner at no charge into the town. The property is a thing out of romance novels. A seaside cliff resort with beach bar, pool, hot tub, and loungers. Stop scrolling and book this place.

We stayed for 6 nights in this wonderful location. The hotel felt like a dream. Kept pinching myself the whole time because it was beyond expectations!! You can spend the whole day at the pool or the beach where you can directly access to. The kid was happy too. The food at restaurant is delicious too. Just a tiny issue, they don’t serve lunch but open from 2pm after you had great breakfast / brunch. The staff is all lovely and kind, they make sure if your stay is comfortable with no problem. Thank you again! The road to the hotel is quite steepy and winding but if you walk for less than 10 minutes you’ll arrive to the beautiful old town that you can explore or super markets. We bought the water bottles etc there and brought hotel a few times. Just one thing if I have to… I usually hate seeing bugs.. we did see some of them in our room (tiny spiders, red ants, or such…) but it didn’t bother because the hotel is just marvelous!! The best holiday ever. I already miss relaxing at their pool. Want to spend every summer here.

Excellent apartments - would stay here again! Staff were very attentive and beautiful pool and swimming area. The drive to the apartment is along quite a narrow road, but it’s worth it!

The apartment was lovely and had a gorgeous private beach - we had an absolutely amazing stay!

Superbe hôtel sans trop de chambres vue slédide surveillance le ville d Ulcinj avec coucher de soleil à couper le souffle chambre spacieuse le seul bémol les marches n’est pas adapté pour les non sportifs ,une remarque pour les transats en bord de plage il faudrait surveiller afin d éviter que des personnes mettent leur serviette toute la journée sans venir, et aussi éviter que des personnes prennent 10 transats pour 5 selon l’exposition au soleil !!!! Le restaurant est correct mais peu varié ,petit déjeuner superbe et variée car nous avons passé 4 jours et chaque jour des nouveautés

Die Unterkunft war perfekt ! Das Zimmer hat sofort überzeugt und auch das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit! Der Weg zum Hotel ist ziemlich eng und schwierig zu fahren. Am besten das Auto bei der Unterkunft lassen. :)
