Khun Zaw Wan, the front office assistant supervisor is a friendly and helpful staff. He shared lots of stories about Myanmar with us too. We are allowed to have an early check in and late check out at 3pm. There are bicycles for you to ride for free. We had a good stay.

Modern and quiet hotel with spacious bungalows. All was perfect. Hotel has complimentary bicycles which is great to visit the wine estate.

Great stay at Mount Inle! Value for money is amazing at this hotel with great facilities and food. Free bike rental is included which makes it easy to get to dining in the city and visit attractions in the nearby area such as wineries.

Fantastic stay in a lovely hotel with exceptional service. Very happy we opted to stay in town rather than on the lake since it’s closer to all the amenities (restaurants, massage, mini mart etc). For going to the lake, the hotel gives out free bicycles and it’s a nice 30-40 min cycle to the lake through the countryside (fantastic photo opportunities). If you get tired, you can always put your cycles on a boat or tuk-tuk. The hotel staff are really nice and so willing to please.

To start with, their service is next level and exceptional. Throughout the stay, no request was too big or small for them. Absolutely mastery in excellent service. Their rooms are super comfortable and quiet. It's of decent size and the bathroom is lovely too. They also have a very good breakfast spread at the restaurant. We had a flawless 3 nights stay here and can highly recommend this hotel.

What an oasis in town of Nyaung Shwe! Stayed there a night for a quick tour of the area around Inle lake and couldn’t be more impresssd with the facilities and service. Starting with the decor, it is stylishly designed with fusion elements. The generous use of wood and bright fabric accents definitely give it a Bali-Esque feel. The only gripe I have (and I’m nit-picking) is that the drain of the shower was placed wrongly, allowing water to accumulate a little when one showers, but this was a design flaw during construction and I guess nothing can be done about it now. The staff are all young and extremely enthusiastic. The people of Myanmar are known for their smiles and it is definitely evident here. Phoo phoo was the manager during my stay and she flawlessly coordinated my inle lake tour and transfers from the hotel. The hotel even provided turndown service, which was a pleasant surprise! The location of the hotel is a little outside of the main strip of the town, but that was a plus for me as it meant more peace and quiet. Bicycles were also provided by the hotel without any additional charge which made exploring the town and surrounding areas a breeze. Finally, the breakfast spread was truely remarkable with an egg station and a nice mix of continental and Burmese food served buffet style.

It is a resort hotel with good service and helpful staff. The room is with comfortable bed and clean. The surrounding of the hotel is beautiful and relaxing.we have dinner in the restaurant with delicious food and good service of the staff.

Highly recommend for several reasons. First, the front desk staff is extremely helpful and capable to help you to organize local activities in a short time. Second, the hotel is new and the room was very clean and spacious. Third, they serve a very tasty local breakfast. Thanks for the great stay Mount Inle!

New hotel, beautifully designed. Helpful staff. Complementary bicycle.

This is a brand new hotel. The property has a pleasant feel to it. It consists of two-storey buildings. Rooms are very good with all you want (AC, TV, free wifi, nice bathroom, coffee making facility etc). Nice breakfast. It is located a bit on the outskirts of town but the hotel will arrange tuktuk transport to downtown (3000 kyatts or some 2 euro/us$ for the ride). Service was excellent. The hotel arranged for boat rides, and a trip to the winery and village, all at short notice. We were given complimentary late check out (5pm). I would really recommend this place as a base to explore Inle and surroundings.

Supervisor are very helpful, willing to assist of all activities arrangement. Rooms are clean and quiet.

Friendly staffs! But, there wasn't much hot water. So, We felt cold.
