Khun Zaw Wan, the front office assistant supervisor is a friendly and helpful staff. He shared lots of stories about Myanmar with us too. We are allowed to have an early check in and late check out at 3pm. There are bicycles for you to ride for free. We had a good stay.

Fantastic stay in a lovely hotel with exceptional service.
Very happy we opted to stay in town rather than on the lake since it’s closer to all the amenities (restaurants, massage, mini mart etc). For going to the lake, the hotel gives out free bicycles and it’s a nice 30-40 min cycle to the lake through the countryside (fantastic photo opportunities). If you get tired, you can always put your cycles on a boat or tuk-tuk. The hotel staff are really nice and so willing to please.

To start with, their service is next level and exceptional. Throughout the stay, no request was too big or small for them. Absolutely mastery in excellent service. Their rooms are super comfortable and quiet. It's of decent size and the bathroom is lovely too. They also have a very good breakfast spread at the restaurant. We had a flawless 3 nights stay here and can highly recommend this hotel.

Gepflegtes Hotel mit sauberen Zimmern. Das Abadan war sehr groß und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück in Ordnung etwas auf Asiaten spezialisiert und für Europäer eher eingeschränkt. Das Personal war zwar sehr bemüht konnte aber keinen unserer Wünsche hinsichtlich Zimmer Upgrade und Zustellbett erfüllen, obwohl beides verfügbar und ohne Probleme hätte umgesetzt werden können. Nicht einmal der Cappucino beim Frühstück war inklusive sondern kostete extra. Alles in allem würden wir das Hotel nicht empfehlen.

浴槽が無かった事と立地がそれほど良くない点を除けば、満点です。
インレーは、結構寒くて雨も良く降るようなので、服装には気をつけてください。

What an oasis in town of Nyaung Shwe! Stayed there a night for a quick tour of the area around Inle lake and couldn’t be more impresssd with the facilities and service.
Starting with the decor, it is stylishly designed with fusion elements. The generous use of wood and bright fabric accents definitely give it a Bali-Esque feel. The only gripe I have (and I’m nit-picking) is that the drain of the shower was placed wrongly, allowing water to accumulate a little when one showers, but this was a design flaw during construction and I guess nothing can be done about it now.
The staff are all young and extremely enthusiastic. The people of Myanmar are known for their smiles and it is definitely evident here. Phoo phoo was the manager during my stay and she flawlessly coordinated my inle lake tour and transfers from the hotel. The hotel even provided turndown service, which was a pleasant surprise!
The location of the hotel is a little outside of the main strip of the town, but that was a plus for me as it meant more peace and quiet. Bicycles were also provided by the hotel without any additional charge which made exploring the town and surrounding areas a breeze.
Finally, the breakfast spread was truely remarkable with an egg station and a nice mix of continental and Burmese food served buffet style.
