C'etait mon premier sejour a Amsterdam. J'ai eu la chance, Alexandre m'a bien aide et tout bien expliquer. J'ai eu la chance avec la chambre. Tres content et j'aimerais bien y retourner.

Booked for a week, unfortunately AC didn't work the whole week, lucky the weather is cool enough. The same breakfast for the whole week-it will be more pleasant experience if the kitchen rotate the menu. Hot water stream so small and hard to operate-the knob/faucet got stucked everytime you try to use it-only by luck then it became unstuck:) front desk was helpful and friendly!

Super clean, comfy beds. The location was perfect! We're given a room with connecting door and the guest next door talked and laughed so loud. I could even hear coughing from next room. We thought someone smoke weed from other room because there's one night we walked from our room to elevator and we smelt it, the odor was strong. But overall our stay was great :)

Super strategic location, neat and clean room, friendly staffs, really enjoyed my stay in here. Coffee is good, vending machine is a bit expensive, not much facilities but worth the price.

It was a great stay during my last trip in Europe, the room is clean and new. The downside is that they don’t have a closet or hook to hang your jacket, also there is none trash bin inside the room (only small one at the toilet)

The room is too small and stuffy. The service and breakfast are very good.

The staff show me once again how amsterdam treat you like a old friend who just met again. Thank you all
