The manager, Tim, was superb. He went above and beyond to insure our comfort. My wife is handicapped and when informed she had trouble with the size of the tub, he moved us to a more friendly room to make it easier on us. He provided personal care and attention and really made our stay enjoyable.

Very clean hotel, helpful staff even stored our baggage for us while we waited for our room to be ready when we arrived earlier. This allowed us to go and get food and explore while we waited for the room. The location was great too, very close to street cars and many things were walkable.

This hotel is walking distance from the major museums in the area, which is a great plus. The hotel staff was hit or miss. We noticed that there were only one to two receptionists behind the desk even though at times there was a long line of people who were waiting. The office was right next door and you can hear the others in there just hanging out.

There was a pair of dirty pants left in the room that had been missed by cleaners. It has some really narrow stairs and my daughter's were put in a room with a very narrow curved stairs which were dangerous and when I complained I was told there was no other rooms available and I also said we weren't offered any assistance with bags knowing they were in that room and was told I should have asked. Other staff were helpful when we arrived before check in and allowed to leave luggage. Hotel in a lovely location and has a nice bar area just let down by some staff

As soon as you walk through the doors you are welcomed and taken care of by an amazing staff who will handle everything that you need. The rooms were amazing beds were clean and comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water. The food was great and again the staff were fabulous. They will always give you great ideas of what to do close by. I recommend this establishment to everyone I know.
