The hotel room and property were clean. The decor was interesting due to their approach to “green” methodology. Staff were helpful. Only complaint was lack of dining room for lunch.

Staff could have been more helpful and attentive. I was attending a trade show and it was exceptionally busy due it to being so close to RAI but all staff were unphased and delivered such consistent high standard service. We didn’t have breakfast / dinner in the hotel but did go to the rooftop cocktail bar.

Great service, clean, easy access to the Metro. everything we needed was provided.

Close to RAI Congress

We had a fantastic stay at nHow. It's a beautiful, clean and modern hotel. It's in a great location that lets you get away from the tourist crowds but is right next to the metro that gets you right into the action in no time. Would absolutely recommend and stay here next time we are in Amsterdam

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the staff in the lounge. Stash was especially helpful. He provided us with directions on using the Metro and gave some recommendations on dining. I would most definitely recommend nhow Amsterdam RAI to my family and friends.

I am writing to formally address the concerning behavior of your front desk staff during our check-in process A tall, slender male staff member handled our registration with unprofessional conduct that significantly impacted our first impression of your establishment. **Key Issues:** 1. **Negligence in Service:** We explicitly provided **two passports** and verbally confirmed **two separate rooms**. Despite this, only one room was processed initially. 2. **Derogatory Attitude:** Upon politely correcting the error, the staff member responded with a dismissive tone, sarcastic remarks and visibly contemptuous body language. 3. **Offensive Gesture:** The interaction concluded with the staff member making an intentionally provocative hand gesture

I had an incredible experience staying at the Nhow Hotel. I was placed on the 21st floor, and the views were absolutely stunning—definitely added to the wow factor of the hotel. The room was very spacious with a large, super comfy bed. I really appreciated the complimentary water in the fridge, and housekeeping came in to clean after just one night—great attention to detail! Also got complimentary slipper/flip flops. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay, which made it all the more enjoyable. The hotel had a premium feel overall and was perfectly located for getting into Amsterdam city centre. One of the highlights was renting bikes directly from the hotel. They’re located just outside, making it super convenient. While the bikes aren’t anything fancy, they did the job and gave us a real sense of freedom and confidence getting around the city. It was a really handy and fun way to explore Amsterdam. The only downside was that the TV wasn’t a smart TV, so I couldn’t connect my phone or stream anything—but that’s a minor issue compared to everything else the hotel offers. All in all, I would definitely recommend Nhow Hotel and would love to stay again! The Europaplein metro station is just a 6-minute walk from the hotel. From there, you can take Metro Line 52 (North-South Line) directly to Amsterdam Centraal Station. The journey takes approximately 10–15 minutes and trains run frequently throughout the day.

Great location, comfortable stay

We stayed with you last year and really enjoyed our stay. Second time around, still brilliant and found moving around a lot easier as we found using Europaplein a quicker connection to Centraal. Thank you to all the team.

Had an amazing time in nHow, it is located near the metro station and can get to centraal station in less than 10 min (but not walkable). Staff were friendly and able to assist me whenever I need help. Room is also clean and big. Love the gummies that are at the reception!

I stayed here with my Mam on a four day trip to Amsterdam primarily to visit Keukenhof. Things we liked: Transport links; free drink if you choose not to get housekeeping everyday; huge choice at breakfast including Cava and Bloody Mary makes things feel a bit special which is lovely; if you book a Premium room, you’ll have more space and great views if you’re placed on a higher floor. Things we didn’t like: it is a business district and right next door to a convention centre so the hotel can get very busy with people who are there for work; breakfast can get busy and the layout isn’t great which leads to people constantly squeezing past each other, past people’s tables, to get to the buffet. I think it was probably because I was travelling with my elderly mother that this bothered me though.
