The breakfast buffet is simply amazing and we enjoyed it a lot. Our room was on the 16 th floor so the view was a bonus. The location of the hotel is great too, the parks and the metro station are really close by.

This hotel is the perfect home base to visit and explore Amsterdam and the surrounding cities. The hotel is modern, clean, beautiful and quiet. Steps away from a Metro, train (RAI) and tram stop it was super easy to get around while staying in a quiet location. The room was spacious with all modern amenities. We especially appreciated access to Netflix on the TV so we could watch something in English. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were super happy with this choice for our week in Amsterdam.

The overnight staff could be nicer, I asked for ice to keep my breastmilk cold and they had such an attitude about it, i felt uncomfortable and very unwelcome. If you have kids that still take breastmilk do not come to this hotel.

Amsterdam has been one of my second favorite places to visit when traveling abroad to the EU. My stay here was incredible. The professionalism of the staff from check in to dining and everything in between was more than a great review. They have a wonderful rooftop cocktail bar and restaurant I highly recommend.

Great all rounder stay in Amsterdam! The hotel is located next to the events/conference centre so is not in the centre of town - that being said with the metro stations nearby it is so quick and easy to get to and from the centre and out to stadiums if for example you are staying for a gig, like we were! Didn't ever feel like it was too much travel to go back and forth. The hotel itself is modern and clean, rooms are comfortable and spacious with lots of usable storage space and my personal favourite - mirrors! Unfortunately the casting didn't work well on the TV so a radio or bluetooth speaker would be a nice touch, otherwise I truly can't fault the stay!

Extremely hard beds, tv only works if you can use a streaming app from phone, fridge in room but no milk for tea coffee so go to bar to ask for milk. Upstairs restaurant expensive. Good location, beautifully designed bedrooms and public rooms.

The hotel was well maintained, with a superking bed which was very comfortable, a combination of firm and soft pillows, nice cold AC. Located close to metro stations which was convenient. The rooftop terrace was also nice. Overall our stay was very enjoyable.

Had the most fun experience here! My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. Easy access to so many unique parts of Amsterdam—we loved exploring the area. There are nice trails and parks in the area, and the Metro is located nearby too. The hotel itself is also gorgeous. We loved the bar and the rooftop restaurant not only for their aesthetic, but amazing food and good drinks! We stocked up on sustainability drink tickets by tidying our room ourselves, as well, which was a fun and unexpected motivator to make sustainable choices. I appreciated that. We stayed on the 16th floor—highly recommend staying on a higher floor if you can for the view!

Wonderful hotel. Excellently decorated. Nice staff. We had a standard room but it was large and spacious with plenty of room for us to unpack our luggage. Great lighting (that’s one of my biggest gripes on hotel rooms). Very comfortable & massive bed. Lovely shower & bathroom with nice toiletries and amenities. Moana lounge on the first floor was great. Emil was our waiter - he was so attentive, friendly and kind, fantastic team member… Great location, right next to Amsterdam Rai Station and Metro for getting in and out of town easily. We loved it. Would highly recommend. Took a nice stroll to AmstelPark on Sunday where they had a market on.
