My overall stay was great it would have been better had it not been for onew one the staff member in the dining area she was very rude and mean... But the setting is calm a d relaxing and not to far from Albrook mall I would stay here again

The place was quiet.
The shower took forever to get warm, but the staff everyone of them was nice and did everything they could, including send a maintenance man to check on the water.
I just did not wait long enough.
The area including the shrine building.was very close .
I would give a 4 out of 5 overall.

I would not recommend anyone book this hotel. Bathroom has mold on the tiles, door and ceiling, I booked a 2 night stay but only stayed one night due to the late hour we arrived and I was traveling with an elderly. Still attempting to get a refund for the next night. Staff were pleasant but this hotel needs an upgrade.

I purchased a suite that included a kitchenette due to the need to refrigerate my medication. There was no refrigerator, only a microwave with pots and pans which was unusual. The Gardens restaurant and staff where awesome and very helpful.
