The pool and jacuzzi were not the best; the water was cold in both pools

IMO they use so too much air conditioning everywhere, which to me is a waste of energy.

This was a very good hotel. Everyone at the bar was unbelievably friendly and nice. The daily breakfast was great.

The hotel was clean and in a safe location but it is not a 5 star property. Customer service needs improvement. Not all staff was friendly or helpful. Breakfast was grossly overpriced and underwhelming. Our room was comfortable and had a beautiful view and the beds were comfortable. I would come back to Panama but probably would stay elsewhere.

Staff was very friendly. Always greeted with a warm welcome. The lady that checked us in was very informative and answered all our questions. One negative was my husband had to fix our toilet because the chain was rusted and it wouldn’t flush. We wish they had a couple of bottles of water for the coffee maker in the room. We weren’t sure if the tap water was ok to drink. Luckily we brought some with us. They do carry some bottled water in the mini fridge but it wasn’t complimentary. The bed was very comfortable. Very nice linens. Parking garage was $16.00 a night.

Great location with nice views. We arrived late to our junior suite, which had a large bathtub that sat above ground. After taking a bath and draining tub, I learned the tub was not attached and the water ran all over the room. We got another room, but not until next afternoon.

My girlfriend and I spent four nights at the Hilton Panama in a King Bed Junior Ocean View Room with a paid upgrade to the 26th floor — and the views alone were worth it. From sunrise over the bay to the glittering lights of the city at night, the panorama from our room was simply unforgettable. The room was spacious, modern, and extremely comfortable. We especially enjoyed the convenience of room service, excellent brunch at Society Café, and our relaxing visit to the Eforea Spa. The rooftop pool was a definite highlight — great ambiance and even better views. The location was perfect for us, with easy access to city attractions and the added excitement of the attached casino. One drawback, however, was the weekend construction on the ground and pool levels. The drilling and grinding sent vibrations and loud noise up to our room each morning, which was a jarring start to otherwise peaceful days. We hadn’t been informed of this in advance, and unfortunately, the hotel did not offer any compensation or solution during our stay. Despite that inconvenience, we had a memorable experience overall. The amenities, location, and service still made for a wonderful trip, and we’d consider returning — hopefully once the renovations are complete.

This property needs a facelift. The room itself has an open bathroom concept with limited privacy. The “upscale” dining option was subpar at best. The casino was old and the Tropicana Club was just a very loud DJ, not a “show” that they advertise. Overall the property was not worth the price
