Me quedo en este hotel por segunda vez y la atencion del personal de recepcion es super amable y las habitaciones muy limpias y confortables. No he usado las instalaciones ni la piscina ya que siempre voy de paso y hago una parada por la noche y salgo en la mañana. El desayuno es algo basico sin muchas opciones pero tampoco algo grave.

Didn’t have breakfast here. We did have lunch though. Very, very slow service for only 2 tables of 4 people ahead of us. It took one hour to get our food once we were seated. For you information crawfish is shrimp around here. Our room faced the pool, the music was super loud even though no one was in the pool. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Clean and cozy room. Nice hotel with beautiful interior gardens which make you feel like being in one big hacienda. Excellent and friendly staff .

Staff was great at check in!! Hotel is very nice and has that historic grand feel to it. Room was huge and had a very large balcony overlooking the pool. Easy to walk to the bus terminal and the stores and restaurants. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic!! Fresh juices, eggs, beef and a variety of breads and traditional Panamanian fare. Best hotel we have stayed at since traveling in Panama these past 5 weeks!! Highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again!!

The pool was full of leaves and dirty, so we didn’t use it. Breakfast started late, so we didn’t go. Other than that, our one night stay was good. It’s a good price so you can overlook some of its faults. Bed is comfortable, bathroom is large, and the place is quiet.

A little confusing where to park and check in. GPS took us to the back of the property and we walked through entire hotel, pool area, restaurant etc to get to the lobby to check in. The food was great, drinks were avg. staff were kind; most don’t speak English except in restaurant so that was easy. I loved the hammock on the patio. Pool was nice and clean. The property was very pretty and I felt safe.
