Tuvimos una cena muy agradable mi hija y yo. Disfrutamos de las almejas, una fantástica corvina y la pasta de tres hongos, acompañadas de vino blanco. Todo estuvo excelente.

La habitación impecable, y el personal muy atento!

This is an older facility, but it is always well maintained and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There's a beautiful pool with a well-stocked bar for those who imbibe. The breakfast was a bit "light," but I expected that for a free (included) breakfast. Get there early for the best parking, because the lot fills up fast! Please tip the maids well because they do a great job!

The on-site restaurant has very good food. Very friendly staff.

My husband and I only stopped overnight. We were confused about their one star rating. Anyone who has traveled knows the difference between a 1 star and 5 star. This is of course not a 5 star place. But i would say a solid 3 star. The rooms were clean, air-conditioned, the pool was clean, the staff was friendly and kind and helpful. We had dinner at La Mandolina that was the best food we've had in panama to date. Was there road noise. Yes...to whoever complained about this in other reviews. The hotel sits directly on the PanAmerican highway....so ya know cars and trucks equal road noise. I would totally stay here again.

Wonderful property near everything, lovely rooms w balcony and hammock, and close to the bus to David or Panamá. The staff was pleasant and the comp breakfast was a bonus.

Baño sucio y con las puertas en malas condiciones, el agua caliente o no salía o salía demasiado caliente. Para el precio y siendo uno de los mejores hoteles de Santiago, debería estar en mejores condiciones. La atencion del personal super bien

Mi experiencia reciente en el Hotel Gran David en Veraguas ha sido muy positiva, especialmente al notar una evolución muy favorable en comparación con mi estancia de hace tres años. El personal es sumamente amable y atento, lo que te hace sentir bienvenido desde el primer instante, y tanto las instalaciones como el buffet de desayuno son de excelente calidad. Como único punto a considerar, el hotel se encuentra justo a un costado de la Carretera Panamericana, por lo que el ruido del tráfico constante, especialmente de camiones pesados, puede ser notable; si eres de sueño ligero, recomiendo solicitar una habitación alejada de la carretera. Asimismo, la administración debería mejorar la señalización de sus estacionamientos, ya que existen plazas adicionales detrás del hotel que no resultan obvias al llegar. En general, es una opción muy sólida y recomendable en la zona por su gran servicio y oferta gastronómica.
