Most of the staff were friendly and respectful from check in to check out . The hotel was Well kept as most hiltons abroad are . The manager is doing a good job at running this hotel. I didnt find any thing wrong with my stay here .

Good service clean

I enjoyed my time at the DoubleTree by Hilton. I loved the friendly touch with the warm cookie they gave me upon arrival. The bed is very comfortable and the room is spacious. I do wish they gave drinking water in the rooms. I was surprised that they didn't, but they do sell water at reception, and there is a store a few blocks away if you would like it for a cheaper price.

El cuarto es muy abombado y no tenia buen sistema de ventilamiento. Regreso esta semana que viene pero no al mismo hotel. Y todo es ridiculamente sobre cobro. Yo comia ahi todo el tiempo pero pedia cafe y por un chorrito de leche cobran 15 soles. No creo que un Peruano con salario standard pueda pagar los exagerados precios de este hotel.

Excellent stay here in a beautiful room and when the climate control system was not working in my first room they easily swapped me to another one helping me with my baggage. The quality of the breakfast buffet was fine although they could do a little bit more to make the pre-processed meats and vegetables tastier by adding more fresh herbs. It would have been nicer to have a machine to make freshly ground coffee and espresso options rather than the mediocre coffee. The gym needs to have much more equipment there is room for that. The hotel restaurant itself serves lovely and imaginative meals.

It was greet. The staff was great and exceptional service really they went above and beyond to treat us well.

No water offer at the rooms, incredible Not even a single little one

All is great as a Hotel in Trujillo! I must say I have stayed several times before as there are no other hotels that offer cleanlines and accomodations quite like it. However, I beleive water quality is not up-to-par. They must not have much of a rigorous maintenance for this and it concernes me. Hot water comes out smelling like burnt plastic and it causes my sensitive skin type to itch a bit. I don’t have skin allergies but this one makes me react somehow. So much so, that I have started to pour some San Luis water bottlles after every shower in order to prevent this and feel clean after. They should add a water treatment system for this hotel. I for once, would not mind at all if they were to charge me $10-20.00 more for this accomodation per night if necessary. I think you could even advertise it and it would definitely be considered a mega plus for foreigners like me.

Excellent hotel specially the staff. Simon our waiter for breakfast and lunch was marvelous, attentive and went out of his way to make sure we got what we wanted. He also Made excellent food recommendations. He is a superior asset to this hotel. If we return in the future, it will be in great part because of him.
