Most of the staff were friendly and respectful from check in to check out . The hotel was Well kept as most hiltons abroad are . The manager is doing a good job at running this hotel. I didnt find any thing wrong with my stay here .

Lovely staff, hotel looks new, modern, rooms are large and clean. The food in the restaurant is excellent.

En general la propiedad está muy bien. Pero tengo un reclamo poco común... El sistema de audio del salón donde se desayuna y cena funciona MAL... Por alguna razón se produce un reverberación RARA que me genera MUCHA disconformidad. Claramente esto no se nota tanto cuando hay much gente pero sobre todo en el desayuno es muy molesto. Ya es la 4ta vez que me quedo y definitivamente no es una apreciación mía sino un tema real. La solución... Entiendo que ninguna, los mozos y la gente que sirve ni siquiera se dan cuenta y me miran como si estuviera teniendo alucinaciones auditivas. Si perjuicio de ello hago el reclamo

I enjoyed my time at the DoubleTree by Hilton. I loved the friendly touch with the warm cookie they gave me upon arrival. The bed is very comfortable and the room is spacious. I do wish they gave drinking water in the rooms. I was surprised that they didn't, but they do sell water at reception, and there is a store a few blocks away if you would like it for a cheaper price.

Todo estuvo muy bien en esta estadía

El cuarto es muy abombado y no tenia buen sistema de ventilamiento. Regreso esta semana que viene pero no al mismo hotel. Y todo es ridiculamente sobre cobro. Yo comia ahi todo el tiempo pero pedia cafe y por un chorrito de leche cobran 15 soles. No creo que un Peruano con salario standard pueda pagar los exagerados precios de este hotel.

Excellent stay here in a beautiful room and when the climate control system was not working in my first room they easily swapped me to another one helping me with my baggage. The quality of the breakfast buffet was fine although they could do a little bit more to make the pre-processed meats and vegetables tastier by adding more fresh herbs. It would have been nicer to have a machine to make freshly ground coffee and espresso options rather than the mediocre coffee. The gym needs to have much more equipment there is room for that. The hotel restaurant itself serves lovely and imaginative meals.

Excelente restaurante. Personal amable

El personal de recepcion no es amable y menos con los huespedes que vienen por agencia, es que te lo hacen sentir así con su trato. Las habitaciones venida a menos, la silla del escritorio rota y el dispensador del jabon liquido del baño no funcionaba. Tuvieron que venir a cambiar ambas cosas. El restaurante tiene una carta muy extensa y variada, pero la comida es muy fea.

Bonita

Me dieron una habitación para discapacitados, lo cual no había solicitado y la ducha estaba rota. Perdí mucho tiempo con el cambio a otra habitación, lo cual me perjudicó con todo ese retraso. Se nota que no hay un buen trabajo de housekeeping. No ponen jabones sólidos, solo el primer día y los elevadores no funcionan bien.
