We booked everything via app. Found the whole booking and process to be easy, right? Well it was on the app end. However contacting the resort proved to be quite difficult as they were mighty slow to respond. We arrived on the day and were waiting on the dock to get the boat to get across the island and waited for a good hour. We couldn't get an answer from the ferry / boat operators as to when the boat would arrive or if it is delayed. Cause no one has an answer on how to go about it. After trying to contact the resort operators to no avail. We decided to instead go to next door hotel. After checking in to our hotel a couple of hours later the admin from Casablanca decides to message back and say they can send a private boat! Really? why couldn't this information be presented earlier? We in the end couldn't get to enjoy our stay after having paid for it. I feel resorts should have better communications.
