Our very large, clean with a panoramic room on the top 3rd floor did face beach front with no disruption of trees blocking our view. The other ocean front building next to us was under construction as the rooms were completely gutted and the drilling noise was annoying while you were at the beach. Not what you want to hear when you arrive after you flew 18 hrs across the world. Although their posted signs said they were doing some maintenance it was major construction. Not sure when it will completed as I've only been home a few days. Rainy season is coming June. The third back building had a elevator, 6 floors while ours did not for seniors walking up three flights of stairs was exhausting. To look for another hotel and pay more money after I paid for the whole amount for two weeks we decided to stay. Our balcony was the largest I've ever seen and no 5* hotel would beat that. We didn't hear any noise in our room when we were in it. I did hear a rooster several times for hours while on the beach and other guests had their rooms facing the back properties and complained. One thing the hotel does not have road access to the property. Major inconvenience. If you get transportation through the hotel or other source you will either be dragging your luggage on sand for quite a distance 15 min walk or someone will put it all on a cart and push it to the nearest laneway then push it up quite a distance to the main road. Breakfast buffet was all Filipino waste of money.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Food was ok, but the service was great. We love the location as we can take a trike to the small and walk back along the beach. It’s at the end of all the entertainment and shopping so it’s peaceful in front for relaxation on the beach. Our only issue was with the AC in our room but they did a good job of fixing it daily in a timely manner. The rooftop is the best thing in the area. Great sunset views and great pool. For a cheaper option you can stay just a bit away and pay for a day pass for the rooftop pool.

This was a great little resort right on White Beach. They had an acceptable breakfast buffet with the water kettle and coffee in the room and a very nice bar that opened up onto the beach. The bed was extremely comfortable and the air conditioning was good. The shower was nice, however the water pressure was quite lacking.

There are only a few things we enjoyed during our stay. The best was the 2.5hr spa treatment! They did a wonderful job and would definitely recommend booking with their spa! We booked an ocean view suite. For the price we paid, we expected better. First off, they will only give one key to our room. This apparently is their standard and will not issue a 2nd key. They only responded with just come to the desk and we will open it for you. So we did this once and no one showed for 30mins. I had to talk to the manager to get it opened immediately. The room was very spacious and had a sitting area and decent terrace. The view was obstructed by coconut trees, so I would say it’s more of a partial ocean view. The room had quite a bit of damage and poor conditions. It rained one evening, in the morning I slipped as a puddle formed under the A/C, which maintenance looked and found that the hole to let the tube in for the A/C to pass through the wall was not filled in. The bathroom had random corners of the wall damaged and black spots along the edges. The toilet did not seem to flush properly every time as we would see presumably back flow before the next use causing the bathroom to have a smell. The phone in our room also would not work. As part of our booking, we did get complimentary buffet tickets. The buffet was decent for being complimentary. I would recommend thinking twice before booking here.

Very bad experience staying at this hotel. The room was very old with a noisy aircon. The shower does not have pressure so actually its impossible to have a proper shower. The breakfast buffet is bad and with little options. When something is over they don't refill and when you ask for refill you get an impression that you are bothering them. The Korean woman manager is useless and incapable of the the title. The worst part is that the night shift at the hotel is terrible and rude. They treat Filipino like prostitutes. Make yourself a favor and spend your money in any other same category hotel.

The recent typhoon at no fault of hotel, caused power failures on the island. I arrived to find no power at hotel . They were powering hotel with generators which adequate while working not without issues. I would appreciate that before arriving ,hotel could of notified Hotels.com so that I could make informed decision whether to arrive on an island with intermittent power. As much as I researched conditions online, reality was different than reported . Boracay is a place to be appreciated. I would just try to stay informed of untold events such as major storms.
