Great place to stay. We had a poolside villa and it was perfect. Ours was on the end next to the builders site, but we had no noise, smells, insects etc etc. we looked out of our room across to the pool and round to the ocean. So pretty. Pool was lovely and clean and a great place for happy hour cocktails and chats. All the staff were very helpful and very friendly. Prices virtually the same as everywhere else bar a couple of pesos so good place to eat and drink. Breakfast was a buffet style which was a bit hit and miss with what was available, but we always found something to eat and it always filled us up, so can’t complain. Always fresh fruit, bakery items and you can ask for omelettes and eggs cooked for you. The hotel is walking distance to the bars, restaurants, tours, supermarkets, cafes and street market etc etc. We would definitely stay here again. Communication prior to arrival is not their strong point, but everything was as requested in our booking. Transport can be arranged by the hotel for transfers. Cards are accepted, you just have to ask. Loved our stay.

I stayed here for 5 nights and love the peace and quiet, pool largely to myself and friendly staff. It is a basic hotel and not everything is perfect but it is good enough for El Nido if you don’t want to pay for an expensive eco resort type stay. Air con is good (a bit noisy though). WiFi is mostly reliable and good enough but you need to be near the beach bar or in public spaces. Breakfast is ok - limited options but I’m happy enough with eggs cooked to my liking and fruit juice each morning. They don’t serve lunch or dinner but Town is only a short beach walk away so it isn’t a major problem. The best thing is that it is away from the business of the town! and the view across the bay is awesome.

Room was clean and room service was quick, resort wise it was good over all but the service for the buffet was the downfall of the resort . Only service water was available, no bottle water to purchase ……. The male staff were nice and smiley while the female look like they hate the world . Definitely need more training . Went to the buffet every morning and every morning we had to run around and ask for utensils . There was 4 staff working at all time , two female staff were always standing around while everyone was scrambling for utensils . When asked only the males would come and apologies . Front desk staff was great , security guards were friendly and the best on the island . The resort can be So much better if some staff can be trainer to not frown so much while working or when asked for the basic like a fork. Male staff stepped up a lot of time . Would I recommend . Yes if you’re looking for nice clean room with a beautiful pool with a view . Will have to ask for the basic a lot of the times . Please have bottle water available for purchase more , not everything stoumach is ok with service water .

The room was spotless and loved their amenities. The only con I have is the hot water - there’s no cold water so whenever we shower it’s so quick because it’s burning our skin. Also the elevator wasn’t working for 2 days :/

Had a cottage room by the pool. The room was good, not great. It's dark and the beds are hard, and the bathroom was pretty dark and somehow let some Mosquitoes in (like 1-2 per day). Overall a great place to crash for a few nights. To pool is amazing, and a great was to end the day, or relax during a chill day. No other property has a pool with a view of the beach like that. Watching the sunset from the pool with some happy hour cocktails can't be beat.

Great hotel located right on the beach front with villa overlooking the pool and the beach. It can get a bit noisy if you are in the front villas as there is a small road for the trikes on the beach but most of the time it is not too bad. Lots to see and do and people watch. Room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Good AC as well.

Really nice place for a couple of nights. On the end of the beach in El Nido so away from the hustle and bustle. Unfortunately the beach front is full of trash, construction aftermath and piping which is a little dangerous walking through to the nicer parts of the beach. WiFi didn’t reach our room and the breakfast could be improved. Overall the rooms are great, very comfy bed and a lovely pool front.
