GRACE CROWN HOTEL

Dirty hotel. I saw the staff cleaning the toilet with our towel. Bad attitude of reception specially the ladies. Sickly food and very dirty. Very noisy hotel. No wifi. Television not working. Over price. Not even worth of 1 star. We passing hell. Not recommended.

Rude frontdesk specially the ladies. They are so happy when they doing bad things to the customer. Not polite. Not working the wifi. Breakfast uneatable over price only Korean having special treatment specially when they coming without lady. The hotel very noisy from the music coming front of the hotel day and night and the tricycle and jeepney make it so much noise. We ask to move room they did not let us. The man staff of the hotel they are nice specially the supervisor.

Staff are snob not so accommodating

I am sorry if I don't feel comfortable because of the insects problem and even I moved to another room, the hotel has no final inspection before I come into the room. I am taking the room with the price almost 100 USD, which my expectation is to get a better on everything. Please separate between guess elevator and for the staff to bring down the trash. Even I complain about it, there was no such of action. I hope they can improve it in the future. For now, try to find another place in case of business travel. I also know if the floor of the room was not mop regularly. Sorry for the inconvenience word. For the place and food are okay.

Found insects and their eggs under the bed. Hot water takes ages to load. Floors were sticky. Overall, there should be better hotels at the price point.
