The staff are very good. Just a suggestion my only request is to put a freshener in your elevator coz the guests can smell something stinky like trash or canal or something like a plumbing problem. Put a steady freshener that spray every 60 seconds like a glade freshener on top of the elevator. Thats my only concern. We stayed 3 times from May -June

Breakfast has limited options but it was good. The smell of the carpet was terrible. I got the executive room, and I could hear the noise from the highway. I used to love this property every time I came home from the United States, but with my recent stay I might stay in a different property.

Every time my husband and I come home to visit family in Cebu, Philippines this is always the place we choose to stay. We’ve had many good experiences here over the years, and honestly, the staff are the main reason we keep coming back. They’re always so kind, helpful, and professional. They make us feel welcome every time, and they really do take good care of their guests. I just wanted to share a few concerns from our recent stay. The toilet flush wasn’t working properly, and the bidet kept dripping. The towels also looked a bit old and not very pleasant to use. There’s also a small safety issue, the seam between the vinyl floor and the tile at the entrance of the room is coming loose, and it’s easy to trip on it. Other than those things, we really appreciate the service and the people here. I’m hoping these issues can be fixed because we truly enjoy staying at this place whenever we’re in Cebu, Philippines.

Everything was going so well. One of the bathroom glasses slipped out of my hand and broke. Such is life. Charged PHP 200. The desk clerk agreed that the charge was pathetic and childish but deployed the Nuremberg Defence "it's just my job". FWIW PHP 200 is ten times the retail cost of the item and this hotel is not cheap for the traveller. Petty and exploitative, but this is the Philippines.
