We were very impressed with our overall stay. Staff from both front and back of house were extremely, pleasant, helpful and friendly. Special mention to Abby and Jen for taking care of us and going above and beyond. I can compare our customer experience to the ones we had at other hotels which are very personalised. Our room was clean, cool and spacious. The bath area was good as well. The hotel is close to both sides of the beaches, shops and restaurants. Thank you also for giving us a memorable birthday surprise, we really appreciate it. The food was good btw, especially the tapas and longganisa. They also serve brick oven pizza which we weren't able to try, unfortunately. Please come and stay at Ferra Hotel for a fun beach experience.

We enjoyed our 4 days and three nights stay at Levantin. I love the cozy environment. It was quite an experience to watch the sunrise. This is also a beachfront but not where the busy area of resto, bars, and other hotels are located. I don't mind the 10 minute walk to the other side of the beach. The room is spacious and clean. Nice and helpful staff.

We have a very pleasant stay in this hotel. Food for breakfast was presented in buffet style. All foods taste delicious. My senior parents enjoy the large room with 2 queen beds ( Family room). All Staff and even the manager (Ms. Irish) were friendly and very accommodating. I will surely recommend Royal Park Hotel - Boracay to my family, relatives and friends!

Total experience was awesome! We were surprised because the hotel room was so big for an affordable price. The room was clean, the staff there was very accommodating, helpful and always attentive . We enjoyed our stay there. Very good Boracay Grace Hotel!! Keep up the good work! If I were you I will choose to book here. Promise! When we checked it they immediately offered us welcome drinks. We had to wait cos we arrived there an hour than the check in time. But as soon as we got into our room, we were so impressed and surprised cos there were rose petals scattered on the floor and the bed. When I made a booking a put a special request for a room with a nice view since this is our first trip together since getting married this year. We did get a room with a balcony and a nice view but what we didn't expect were the rose petals, notes and balloons. Super thoughtful! ❤️ The room was so beautiful! My husband kept repeating how much he loved the room. And that king size bed? Oh. My. God. So comfy! The interior of the room was impeccable and the colors were brilliant! It's nice and bright but need not to worry cos they have massive curtains so you won't have problems sleeping in the afternoon. The room we had also had a balcony with a clear view of the sky where we were able to hang our wet clothes. The room had a fridge full of Beers, sodas and chocolates. Everything in the fridge were not overpriced as compared the prices from 711 boracay. A beer was 65 each if I'm not mistaken. The owners were also very kind and accommodating. It was such an amazing stay. We'll definitely recommend this hotel to family members and friends. 💙 Thank you, Indila!

We stayed in Agos for 4 days. The place felt like home, the staff were very accommodating, they even gave us complimentary breakfast during our stay. They also gave us directions on where to go and what places to visit during our stay. We’ll definitely come back!!

We really enjoy our stay here. I wish we can extend our vacation. This place was so relaxing. It's home away from home. I think it's 10mins walk from the crowded station 2 but super close to bulabog beach. When you go outside the lazydog, you will already see the bulabog beach. Every morning you will hear the relaxing sound of mix waves of the ocean, birds and leaves of the trees. It was so relaxing really. The staff are all nice, kuya at the breakfast area always greet us with a smile.Their breakfast is awesome just like others say. We'll definitely be back soon.

This is my second time to stay at the hotel, and both times I was really satisfied. Housekeeping was quick whenever we needed assistance, and all the staff from the desk to the restaurant were accommodating. My favorite part is the buffet! The breakfast buffet included in our stay was all worth it (take note it may destroy your diet). We also availed of the dinner buffet, which was discounted at the time. The hotel was not exaggerating when they said they had the best buffet on the island! Will definitely book here again when I return.

The place was good to stay and the room was convenient to use. The staff are accommodating. It was good that we have free breakfast at La Carmella and a pool pass. Overall, it was an amazing experience

We had a cancelled flight, but the staffs are very helpful, especially the man in the lobby. I don’t have the chance to get his same. but if you could read this. I want to thank you with all my heart for helping us!! Godbless you all guys. For the rooms, it needs some renovation especially the bathroom and cabinets 😊
