The room was same as described in the picture. There were different pool areas in the resort. There was a pool located for the hotel guests just in front of the building where our room is. If you'll get lucky, you'll have the whole pool during the night. The breakfast was fine. We had a good stay.

We had a pleasant stay. Staff are very accommodating and approachable. We would also like to commend the guard on duty the night we checked in for the extra mile customer service he provided. He tried to fix the cable connection of the tv on our room even though it's not his job. I will recommend Urban Inn to my friends/relative who will have vacation at Iloilo.

It was nice, clean and comfortable place to stay in Iloilo city proper. Hotel staff were very responsive. The location has access to public and private transportation (since it's situated in front of SM city). You'll never get lost in the city. We had a good stay in this hotel for 2 nights. P.S. Wi-Fi in our room was ok. The fresh fruits was my favorite food in the breakfast buffet.
