We had a pleasant stay. Staff are very accommodating and approachable. We would also like to commend the guard on duty the night we checked in for the extra mile customer service he provided. He tried to fix the cable connection of the tv on our room even though it's not his job. I will recommend Urban Inn to my friends/relative who will have vacation at Iloilo.

I stayed at Ong Bun Pension House for a few hours on my first and penultimate day in my Iloilo visit. I'm a solo traveler and this has been a really good choice. The staff were kind and hospitable. The area is safe and near the city tourists spots. I tried the fan room and the executive room. With the fan room, you will be getting a simple room and a shared bathroom. I chose this room since I only stayed at the city for hours and then went to the Gigantes tour. If you have the budget to do so, just choose the executive room since it's clean and comfier due to the air conditioning and your own private bathroom. Also, they offer airport transfers. As of my visit, it costs around PHP600 and it's exclusively just you. Booking in the app has been incredibly convenient as apparently, this place is quite popular for last-minute reservations and some didn't have a room anymore due to the place being fully booked. So it's a necessity to book in advance rather than doing it last minute.

It was nice, clean and comfortable place to stay in Iloilo city proper. Hotel staff were very responsive. The location has access to public and private transportation (since it's situated in front of SM city). You'll never get lost in the city. We had a good stay in this hotel for 2 nights.
P.S. Wi-Fi in our room was ok. The fresh fruits was my favorite food in the breakfast buffet.

Honestly, I seldom visit home but when I do I always book my room here considering how the hotel room is worth every penny. I love how accommodating, squeaky clean, chill and beautiful the place is, whether you read it on reviews or experience it yourself, you definitely won’t regret it.
