The room is old, there were falling wood pest on the head part of the bed. We ordered food for lunch but it took almost 1hr to cook and the serving was not worth the price. The room service staff was not doing random rounds on the occupied rooms to offer a room service.

The room is the same as expected:It cost me 700+ pesos, it is clean, the staff are really nice. My room is the smallest, it is enough for me. Shower has hot and cold feature, the water that came out of the shower was very hot, it should be adjusted on the shower head I worry about adjusting because I can see the wire that goes through the shower head and i'm scared of touching it. Instead, I fill the bucket with the hot water from the shower and add cold from the faucet. Will definitely comeback when I visit Legazpi soon.

The hotel is very easy to find. Front desk is very nice and accommodating (but some of the staff are not that warm and friendly). The price is just fair. It's a basic room with a small TV. But if you're travelling on a budget, I would recommend it.

Pros: the room was acceptably clean; near the airport and malls; morning receptionist was very helpful in giving directions in how to go to places. Cons: the towels were clean but didn't smell nice; very poor WiFi connection and it was only available at the reception; they are not liable for loss of valuables, needed to leave them at the receptionist; the free breakfast was bad; they moved me to another room that had a tiny TV, which can give you nostalgia and didn't have hot shower Im a budget traveller, I slept comfortably, but I find this hotel not worth the rate/price at all!

I booked this for a friend and I paid her a visit to check the room. I didn't expect much since we got the room for a cheap price. But it was worse than we expected. The door didn't feel secure. The aircon was noisy and not too cold. You can hear noise from outside the room and since her room was near an emergency exit or so, the staff that passes by or go in and out seem to be throwing bottles there and you can here the clinking noise. You can here the bed springs when you move and the pillow was so hard, you're better off without it. The cabinet was damaged and wobbly and when we tried to shake it, a cockroach came out. There were more than a couple of mosquitoes flying around. The bathroom was so small you could barely move. Bad network signal inside room. Good thing there's WiFi but not that fast, too. Breakfast was okay considering it's just free.
