I wasn’t able to enjoy the amenities of the hotel but was able to enjoy the hospitality and helpfulness of the very lovely staff. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and able to get a taxi around the very elusive Tagatay mountains. The room was average but large and comfortable. Only negative comment is that the bathroom needs an upgrade with some stains on the floor and rusting/limescale of the shower head.

Hotel staff was extremely polite and helpful. Rooms 512 & 508 were horrible. Not what the picture shows, there were no towel swans on our beds. In fact the towels we had were thin and worn out. The bathroom is so small your knees touch the wall and you have to move around to open the door. Water pressure was low. The internet WiFi didn’t work in 512 and was poor in 508. The walls were stained with water from the AC unit and the floor in 508 was separating. Beds had a fitted sheet and comforter, no flat sheet. My room had dirty floors and a dirty balcony. Paid top dollar for the rooms but felt like I was staying in a 1 Star place. The breakfast area was very nice and staff was polite and pleasant.

Hotel is a really good place, nice room with good amenities. Room is clean, but is smaller size than what we expected. Only con is that you can hear everything in the room. Our room is facing the function room and there was a party on our first night and my husband was not able to sleep until about 4am, when the party ended. Traffic is also bad in the area, but it is not the hotel's fault. The roads in Tagaytay is just really narrow. Besides that, our stay has been wonderful. Food is really good.
