City hotel has an amazing breakfast, wide array of food to choose from, probably best I've ever had. Second time staying here with my family. Room size is decent for the family room. Service is good b staff is friendly.

What a nice hotel . Staff very friendly and helpful. I was staying 4 nights. The hotel has great food and amazing location to the city you can walk. The last night the people next to my room were very noisy but the lady at the reception was very professional and gave me another room . She was very helpful. And next day book me a taxi to the airport. I will be stin this hotel again. I had chance of staying few hotel around Bydgoszcz but this one is definitely the best. And got great deal for stay. Thank you and see you again. Dariusz Jagodzinski

Rooms are spacious, bathroom with bath and shower, clean, breakfast was very good. The bed was comfortable although mattress was a bit too soft for my personal taste. I would definitely go again.

The hotel was perfect but the attitude of the staff as a whole was intolerable. I am a global traveller and I have never been faced with such negativity, rudeness and abruptness for no apparent reason. The most mannerly people were the cleaners and car park attendants
