City hotel has an amazing breakfast, wide array of food to choose from, probably best I've ever had. Second time staying here with my family. Room size is decent for the family room. Service is good b staff is friendly.

Hotel mimo upływu lat jest w bardzo dobrym stanie. Ciekawe,przestronne lobby, bardzo miła obsługa, duży pokój, bardzo wygodne łóżko. Łazienka rowniez duża i przestronna. Naprawdę polecam ten hotel!

What a nice hotel . Staff very friendly and helpful. I was staying 4 nights. The hotel has great food and amazing location to the city you can walk. The last night the people next to my room were very noisy but the lady at the reception was very professional and gave me another room . She was very helpful. And next day book me a taxi to the airport. I will be stin this hotel again. I had chance of staying few hotel around Bydgoszcz but this one is definitely the best. And got great deal for stay. Das Hotel ist wunderbar im Stadtzentrum gelegen, verfügt über einen überwachten Parkplatz, eine großartige Begrüßung und ein hervorragendes Personal beim Frühstück am ersten Aufenthaltstag. Es gab verschiedene warme Gerichte zur Auswahl und die Freundlichkeit gegenüber den Gästen war beeindruckend. Am zweiten Tag gab es beim Frühstück mehr Personal, aber ich habe den Professionalismus der Freitag-/Samstagsmitarbeiter vermisst.

Good location in the center, quiet neighborhood close to old town and impressive opera house. Excellent service, helpful front desk staff, comfortable beds. However, clean but old style bathroom where door makes noise when opening and shower in a bathtub difficult to enter for some people with orthopedic problems.

Warm greetings at all times from staff and a comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. My only concern was a background sound, or hum, I assume from the air-con or heating services, that was present the entire time. Took a while to get to sleep. I stayed just the one night so no big deal.

Convenient location in the town, located short distances from 2 shopping centres and the older town centre. Also only a 10min taxi drive from the airport or the main train station. Good facilities and great service. Good restaurant, rooms quiet and clean with sufficient space to move around.

Rooms are spacious, bathroom with bath and shower, clean, breakfast was very good. The bed was comfortable although mattress was a bit too soft for my personal taste. I would definitely go again.
