Lux Fátima Park - Hotel, Suites & Residence

Great location (walking distance to Fatima shrine) and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was good but not enough staff to assist the amount of guests during meal time. Our rooms were not ready at check-in time. Safe was broken in our room and they were unable to fix it or replace it. Minor issues but overall good.

Amazing. Big room and clean

Part of the reason for selecting this hotel was the spa and outdoor pool. We arrived at the hotel around 7.30pm to be told the pool closes at 8pm. The Spa was closed because of maintenance.. nowhere on the website did it say this. All of the staff we spoke to spoke little to no English. I sent a message to the hotel asking if they needed passports.. 24hrs later and still no response. Thankfully I had copies on my phone. The room space is good and the beds were comfy but the rooms are dated. We did get our complimentary wine which was a nice touch. The underground parking was good. Location is fantastic easy to find. The bar downstairs was closed and no iron in the room. Bathroom felt dated with an average shower/bath. The quality of the breakfast was not very good. The toaster was older than me. My overall review… the hotel has a lot of potential but needs a serious upgrade, they need more staff who are able to speak English. This is not a 4* hotel in my opinion.

Great place !!!!! I would only advice the hotel to have a lunch and dinning redtaurant open for guests.

It was one of the worst 4 star hotel I’ve been to. I came back to the room later around and the water wasn’t working and I couldn’t wash at all. Toilet wasn’t flushing. I even tried to call concierge but there was no one there. I ended up using my own bottle of water I bought to at least brush my teeth before sleeping. In the morning the water was working again but there was no mention of water shutting off at night.

Beautiful hotel and within walking distance of the sanctuary

clean, easy to access, free parking. No coffeemaker in the room.

The guy at the reception, I believe his name is Micheal, was super awesome. Very very accommodating, kind and knowledgeable about the area!

The location was quiet and close to the church. None of the amenities like a pool, or spa was available.

Very good perhaps restaurant or bar should be open after 6 pm but likely is due to the business model as they have a lot of tours as guests

Great location

The website should be updated to show that all of the spa facilities are CLOSED with no status about their re-opening. Also the restaurant on site is only for your buffet breakfast it’s not for you to order lunch or dinner. The rooms were pretty “sparse” but the beds and bedding. Dry very good. We slept well.

Very professional helpful staff, beautiful hotel.

The hotel was very conveniently located near the sanctuary. The staff were very polite, kind and efficient and the suite was clean. However, the suite itself was not very well supplied. While there was a kitchen, with stove & refrigerator, it was not sufficiently stocked. No microwave no coffee maker no dish towels nor pots or pans to cook with.

The staff is superb. I have specifically the brazilian Muriel Tarcisio Aires Yasmim and Rute. They couldnt do enough for us. Always willing to help and do the extra mile. They also has a smile to offer, while also sparing sometime to talk to us. And hard work people never stoping working.

Great location. Spacious and clean rooms. Wonderful breakfast with plenty of options.
