I’ve stayed many times in Barceló , overall is a good hotel. I found the shuttle as a problem, it has never worked for me, when w come out of the airport the shuttle has just left. And I have to pay a taxi to get me to the hotel. Also this time, w left my airPods in my room. I called the hotel and my AirPods was not returned to lost and found. Which made me regret staying there and may not choose to stay there again.

This hotel is more commercialized meant for events. It’s nice on the inside. The surrounding area has nothing to do. I went to the restaurant called Stryker’s on the property. Very slow service, even though there was only a couple people in the restaurant. It took 10 minutes for someone to greet me and bring me a menu. Staff was standing around chitchatting.
