Amazing!
The hotel is only 10 minutes walk from the Haram, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
I got very lucky to get a room update and breakfast for free during my entire stay. The room was stunning, the view too.

We were very pleased with our stay. Your staff is very helpful and friendly. The facilities are also great. I would like to mention that our room service person, Mizanur Rahman, was very helpful! He constantly helped me and family with our requests and was always very accommodating. Thanks Miza and Sheraton Staff!

Taxi and cars can’t access the hotel espacially peak hours. Service takes long time. Hotel is a little old, doesn’t feel like a 5 star hotel.

Not walkable like advertised. It’s not a 4 minute walk to the Mosque. It took me one hour to walk to the mosque and to find gate # 79. That’s the only gate you are allowed to enter.
After the Saee, you are totally at new area and you can only come out of one gate. That is on the other side of the mosque.
I could not get my Google map working to find the hotel. I was totally lost. Finally, one worker was able to get his Google map working as he had data and he gave the directions. It took me 11/2 hr to get to the hotel. So my 3 hr umrah turned out to be
5 1/2 hr with 14000 steps.
Not sure what can be done as there is so much construction going on making acces to the mosque difficult.
Housekeeping staff was excellent.

The room was very clean. Staff was very friendly and it’s very near to Haram. But the only reason is that there is a slop due to my health condition it was hard for me to walk on that slope. I really appreciate friendly and clean environment of Sheraton hotel

A lovely room and wonderfully maintained by Shelim who was always very polite and courteous to anything required to allow our stay to be comfortable.
I chose this hotel for its closeness to haram access via bridge however this was not the case. The route was longer than expected due to construction, and it was a steep climb. Felt disappointed for the price i paid due to the location.

They had the bridge closed to masjid haram. Going down the hill was easy but coming up the hill was really terrible. Especially after doing umrah. We really got tired. Overall it was good.
