Very satisfying stay here

This time I got very good service, our room was upgraded to a more expensive room without having to add any cost, very close to the new mosque building in the Grand Mosque so it is easy to pray five times a day. Cheap five star hotel price with maximum service, thank you to all the staff at the Sheraton Hotel who have provided good service for us as Indonesians.

Comfortable clean hotel, thanks to muhammad abdullah who always clean our room well, the result is very clean and always tidy up our room well. For the second time we book this hotel because of the good service. Easy check in and check out, and the officers are kind and smiling, making my umrah more memorable.

I got a room next to the construction where I could hear it almost 24/7. I couldn't sleep peoperly for 5 days. The customer needs to be notified earlier if there is any construction nearby.

Sheraton memberikan kenyamanan dan kepuasan bagi kami, alhamdulillah barakallah fiik buat sheraton karena ramah, bahkan memberikan pemandangan masjidil haram ke kami, upgared free jazakallah, dengan jembatan penghubung ke masjid thrid expansion sangat dekat sekali.

The service is very good, clean, exclusive, easy access to Al Haram. The food is very much and varied.

Nice place, clean, good breakfast, very near to expansion harom through bridge.
