Perfect location, nice room and lovely staff.

Great for a solo traveler. Very convenient location but with that came very inconvenient noise during all hours of the night. Could hear people walk past the window as if it was open, and as it's right next to several bars... shouting and screaming of those leaving the pubs. If you don't mind that, excellent location. If you do, bring earplugs.

A fantastic apartment

Enjoyed this New Town location more than Old Town. Proximity to a lovely park area, castle, museum, Waverly Train Station. Everything excellent except dryer instructions not for the model in unit caused a lot of trouble. Instructions need to be corrected, simple, and posted.

Property was magnificent clean, very well kept and many aimed. The restaurants along the street are fenomenal so no need to go to the busy part of the town at dinner time. The delicious milk in the fridge tops it all off. Really convenient to have a washing machine that is also a drying machine. Thank you for the tremendous stay!

The apartments are very modern and have everything you need. They're also in a great location and good value for money. I only mark a star off because their app kept failing and would have meant I couldn't access the building (no reception after 7pm) had I not taken a screenshot of it. I would also avoid a basement flat as the noise from the bedroom above was loud enough to wake me up every night.

Faultless. I read the reviews and thought how can there be so many 10 reviews. Well they were correct! The reception team were friendly and professional throughout. The entry to the apartment block and room is very secure, the apartment itself was clean, comfortable, warm and quiet set alongside one of the back streets in central Edinburgh. Milk in the fridge allowed for a cup of tea when I got there and the umbrellas in the foyer helped out massively on our trip on this occasion.

The apartment staff called me 2 days before my arrival, to make sure my contact details were correct, and to give me information about how check in would work, and how the codes to access the apartment would be sent. On the day, i was emailed the access codes and informed of my apartment number. When we entered the lobby, we were welcomed by 2 staff members who were very friendly and helpful, offering to take our bags for us, walked us to our apartment and showed us where some key things were in the apartment. Every day we were there, they greeted us and wished us a nice day or to enjoy ourselves. The housekeeper was lovely and even recommended a place for us to have breakfast. Everything was quickly and efficiently sorted. The apartment was so useful, being able to have a sitting room to relax before going to bed was invaluable and the apartment was kept in very good condition. Every day, they performed light housekeeping, which included the bed and cleaning certain areas. We absolutely would come back here again whenever we come back to Edinburgh.

Location excellent for exploring all Edinburgh has to offer, and that's a lot! Communication with front of house was great and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and would use again for our next visit to an amazing city.
