This apartment was perfect for location to everything. Very clean. Washer for clothes. Plus kitchen stocked with coffee and tea.

Faultless. I read the reviews and thought how can there be so many 10 reviews. Well they were correct! The reception team were friendly and professional throughout. The entry to the apartment block and room is very secure, the apartment itself was clean, comfortable, warm and quiet set alongside one of the back streets in central Edinburgh. Milk in the fridge allowed for a cup of tea when I got there and the umbrellas in the foyer helped out massively on our trip on this occasion.

The apartment staff called me 2 days before my arrival, to make sure my contact details were correct, and to give me information about how check in would work, and how the codes to access the apartment would be sent. On the day, i was emailed the access codes and informed of my apartment number. When we entered the lobby, we were welcomed by 2 staff members who were very friendly and helpful, offering to take our bags for us, walked us to our apartment and showed us where some key things were in the apartment. Every day we were there, they greeted us and wished us a nice day or to enjoy ourselves. The housekeeper was lovely and even recommended a place for us to have breakfast. Everything was quickly and efficiently sorted. The apartment was so useful, being able to have a sitting room to relax before going to bed was invaluable and the apartment was kept in very good condition. Every day, they performed light housekeeping, which included the bed and cleaning certain areas. We absolutely would come back here again whenever we come back to Edinburgh.

Location excellent for exploring all Edinburgh has to offer, and that's a lot! Communication with front of house was great and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and would use again for our next visit to an amazing city.

This property was amazing! From arrival through to departure, we had an amazing time. So close to the key areas and very close to good coffee! Super tidy apartment with plenty of room for a family of four.

We enjoyed our stay, lovely private apartment with everything you'd need, except of course groceries! Thank you for an enjoyable visit!

Spotless and well equipped apartment close by to Princes Street, centrally located. Check in was very smooth and we were able to store our luggage until the apartment was ready. When we arrived we were happy to find a small food package including croissants, cereals and juice. This will definitely will be our first choice when we're back in Edinburgh!

Very nice accommodation option in Edinburgh. Close enough to everything but nice to be a little bit away from the busy-ness of Princes street.

Great location. We walked everywhere. Easy to get an uber if needed.

Very helpful staff over the duration of our stay. We arrived late at night &the emailed door codes worked with no problem, our apartments were warm with the lamps left on inside and milk in the fridge which was a lovely gesture. Apartments were spotless clean; however one of the two apartments we booked could do with being painted as the hall and living area were grubby. Otherwise, very well equipped. Lots of supermarkets within a 5minute walk and there is a cosy pub on the same street for drinks. Overall, an excellent location, 5 minute walk from Princes Street and the airlink 100 airport bus drop off. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

Everything great! No problem for us but lots is stairs to get to the rooms, so for someone with disabilities, it’s not recommended

I had a pleasant stay at Braid Apartments. The apartment's kitchen was well-equipped for preparing light meals, which I appreciated. One suggestion for improvement would be to include a coffee machine, as I missed having that option. Fortunately, there are plenty of coffee shops and cafes in the area, so it wasn't a major issue. The convenience of having a washer and dryer in the unit was a real plus. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I would consider returning.
