Beautiful room with luxury linen and an extremely comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast - recommend the Arnold Bennet omelette!

What can you say, you stay in a castle how neat is that. So warm and inviting. You are welcomed and taken care of. Everything is wonderful.

Soundproofing between floors was a problem for our stay. Left feeling very tired. No noise from either side, only floor above.

Exactly has advertised. Beautiful building and grounds.

Comfortable bed, nice amenities

. Take advantage of the beautiful walk surrounding the property and be sure to stop by the farm which is just a short walk away. Breakfast is delightful! The wine glases in my room were dirty, and there was melted ice and dirty water left over in the ice bucket from whomever was in the room before me, but outside of that, the room was beautifully decorated, well designed and spacious

Amazing staff, loved the bathtub, and actual castle. Room service dessert was fabulous.

The rooms and staff are very high quantity. This would be great place for a wedding the property is very well maintained.

I booked this hotel because I thought it would be fun to stay in a castle on our trip to Scotland. This is a castle in a convention center and hotel complex- not a quaint castle hotel. When I booked there was no mention of the hotel attached and so I assumed that we would be in the historic castle hotel. This was not the case. The hotel itself was nice, spacious and clean, but expensive and not at all cozy. We had a drink at the castle bar which was very nice. The restaurant was nice, but expensive and not anything special. I wish I had known what this place was all about, because I was disappointed. I wish I had researched it a little more.

A very enjoyable stay in the new building although I had thought I had booked to stay in the castle itself. My room was impeccable, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend Crossbaskets Castle for a get away.

We booked a castle as the image shows, but the actual hotel was next door- totally misrepresenting the accommodation. Feeling hoodwinked!

Crossbasket was lovely from start to finish. My only regret was not getting a chance to tour the lovely grounds. Dinner and the live show was amazing.

5 star experience from a 5 star hotel and staff. We spent 2 weeks traveling through Scotland and this place was by far the nicest. We only stayed 2 nights but it definitely lived up to expectations.
