Very friendly staff. really nice and welcoming. also got free chocolate cookies on arrival which was a nice touch. Room was very clean and spacious with two very large and comfy single beds. enjoyed having access to the spa facilities too.

Room and hotel are all lovely but there was an incident with clothes and trainers of my parters going missing while he was swimming. He checked every locker and it was all nowhere to be found. Staff were alerted but by that time my parents was a little upset and confused and then the trainers were found behind the counter and locker. Where he had already checked and not left the items.

The staff make this hotel! Genuinely the best service I have had in a hotel in a long time. The hotel itself is very tired, long overdue an update, but if you can look past the bedrooms being tired and the bathrooms being shabby (don’t look too closely) then this is a super friendly hotel. The pool is fantastic. Breakfast is ok

We ordered 2 connecting rooms as we have a family of 5 and the hotel rooms do not accommodate that many people. Upon check in, the hotel was not able to provide connecting rooms for us and would not let us cancel the second room due to our group size. If they had reached out and let us know they could not do connecting rooms we would have booked somewhere else. They reached out about other things before check in and I feel like this was an important thing to communicate with me. I told them we were not sleeping in separate rooms and they were not able to accommodate us. We stayed in one room the entire trip and they refused to refund the other room or provide any compensation.

Good size room with modern decoration and veryclean. The staff were helpful. Lots of menu options. The hotel is just a short car ride to Bellshill train station, which is a few stops away from the city centre station

Room smelled and seemed to be mould on the window frame. Staff shut the bar early in front of me at 10:50pm rather than 11pm as shown on front desk. Was exhausted so went to sleep and to be fair slept well - used the pool next morning which was excellent. Not great / not worst I ve experienced but work needed to bring up to scratch on all fronts.

Hotel was fabulous and we had a great stay. Only a couple of boggles - the bins hadn’t been emptied in 2 of the rooms and the pool area was taken over by a large group of boys and men. Unfortunately the adults didn’t control the behaviour of the boys which spoiled the peace for everyone. On the whole the stay was great and the staff were excellent.
