Big room and an overall decent stay. Price point not the cheapest but better than other hotels during that period.

Very good hotel with big room. The room also very clean. Base on the price, the hotel very recommended. Very2 good hotel. The location is in front of bus stop, just 5 minutes by walk to tram stop.

Quite comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is a walking distance from train station so no need a taxi and also close to souvenier shops a long the street. The room is ok clean and extra bed available. Bfast is standard american style.

Room was small but very compact with all the necessary basic facilities with TV, Shower , Double Bed etc. The bed and pillow is so comfortable. Unfortunately, we need to go down to the ground floor for our hot drinks . Otherwise, everything else is fine. Yes, one more positive feedback is the breakfast for £6.50 is worth for the money as we can eat as much as we want.

Excellent location. But not only is there no parking, but there 's no dropoff driveway either, so you'll have to hump it to the location with all your luggage in tow. Poor. Rooms are quiet, clean & beds are comfy enough. However, it 's very cramped and some fixtures are worn, broken (toilet roll holder in my room was detached from the wall). Things that could easily be identified and recertified, weren't. Sign of apathetic staff & poor leadership.

The staff was very friendly, the room was big and the location was ideal for exploring Edinburgh.

We didn't expect there was only 1 toilet for the 5 of us. Overall the people were great, helpful with all the needs and assistance, The place is near to restaurants. I still need assistance for sending my pants that I accidentally left in the apt, I texted for the sending detail and since I could not find the address, the person at staycity said will get back to me, but its been more than a week and I left the country already but no one text me to follow up,

We're staying in the suite room, the room 's lights are not enough bright, it was a bit scary at night.
