Lovely modern style apartment in Old Town. Best of both worlds. Appliances worked well with clear instructions. Staff were super helpful. A small Tesco is nearby to get essentials. We walked to it from Waverley with our luggage. I recommend taking a taxi. Bus stops are nearby, as is the hop on, hop off if you want to tour around. Beautiful time to visit Edinburgh in May!

Well located, clean and comfortable apartment - 110 on second floor, facing the rear of the property so quiet and uneventful.
Well equipped and comfortable bed and nice linen.
Great bathroom, shower ok but water pressure wasn’t that strong but still good. Would stay again.

The staff were exceptional. Our bathroom alone was larger than our London flat. Cleanliness is a priority for us and this was fresh clean and loads of light ( but also equipped with blackout shades).

Overall the apartment was nice. Had a little trouble with the washer/dryer ( most likely user error) but was happy to be able to wash our close halfway through our trip. Liked the counter space in the bathroom to keep on.

A great place to stay. The accomodation was modern with separate living and bedroom areas and included everything needed eg fridge , washing machine, cooking facilities. The receptionist on duty when we arrived was helpful in explaining how everything worked, and helped us navigate public transport. While not in central Edinburg for us it was walkable distance.

The location of the hotel is a little ways from the tourist attraction but within a 15 to 20 minute walk. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. The apartment was very updated and with modern appliances. The staff was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to families that need multiple bedrooms.

It is a spacious, clean, and comfortable apartment. You can find everything you need ,dishwasher, hairdryer, ironing, washing machine, and clean towels. Each room has its own TV. Its about 2 min walk to Tesco and there are a variety of restaurants just there by.

Check in was courteous and quick. They showed us to our room and gave a brief tour. The accommodations were ample with enough space for four of us to spread out. The two bathrooms was a huge plus. The washer/dryer combo wasn’t as efficient as we hoped - we couldn’t quite figure out how to dry our clothes properly so we ended up hanging them to dry. Turned out okay though. Location was perfect for our needs. It can get a bit noisy at night especially if you sleep with the windows open. Overall, would definitely stay here again!

I really can't say enough good things about our experience. My wife and I were traveling with our 1-year old daughter and a lot of baggage. The property itself was prefect for our needs with a short walk into the city center. The place was clean and functional with plenty of space. But above all, it was the staff that stood out - extremely helpful and accommodating. We know exactly where we'll be staying when we next visit Edinburgh!

Looks and feels of a student accommodations suite, very modern and almost minimalistic. Had everything we needed for our 3 night/four day stay. Very walkable neighborhood. The property managers were fantastic! Loved our visit and will definitely stay here again if we visit Edinburgh.

Lovely apartment that was much larger than I was expecting. Very bright and the 2 bathrooms in our apartment were very appreciated given we were traveling with 2 young adult children.The property was sparkling clean and the staff very helpful. The neighborhood was wonderful. I would definitely stay again.

I liked having a whole apartment to share with my hubby, my mom and my aunt on our holiday. It was nice that we had a space to relax and hangout together. I really appreciated the washing machine and having two bathrooms so we didn't all have to share one. They were able to accommodate us after check-in with two single beds in one of the rooms for my mom and aunt as when I booked it they didn't have that available. Would definitely stay there again and will recommend to friends and family.

Absolutely great stay in Edinburgh!! Lovely accommodations, Front desk staff could not have been more friendly or helpful! It is enough of a ways away from all the noise but close enough to the city centre that you can walk or if you want an easier go you can take an Uber.
