I love the hotel. Decent room and bathroom size, has a little pantry, bidet, hairdryer, iron. Water dispenser on every level. Very comfortable. During our stay, there was a street construction right across the street but still soundproof. Walking distance to Sim Lim Square and Rochor MRT station. Super love and definitely will come back and share this info to friends and family.

This is our family's first time staying at Citadines Rochor Singapore and our 2-night stay was very memorable. Hotel location CRS is located between 2 MRT stations, Rochor and Little India. For our family who planned to watch a show at Marina Bay Sands, there was no need to change lines from MRT Rochor. Connected to a small mall and Indian settlement, unfortunately there is no convenient store (7-eleven) around the hotel. Check-in process Smooth and friendly staff service in helping to find a room according to our request. When checking in we asked for 2 rooms to be close together. Room size and facilities The size of the CRS hotel room is larger than the average hotel in Singapore. CRS is a serviced apartment, so the room is equipped with cooking utensils or a microwave. Each floor is also equipped with a drinking water dispenser, so we can fill our drinking bottles before going out. Wifi is available and quite smooth. Excellent facilities The swimming pool and gym, although small, are well maintained and function well. Some unique facilities that we like are the laundry room, shared kitchen and luggage storage. CRS has a shared kitchen in the spacious lobby, equipped with vending machines stocked with various instant noodles and other foods, as well as free instant noodle cooking bowls. Self-service concierge is also available so that luggage can be left even after guests have checked out of the hotel.

Very close to MRT & Rochor bus stop, then there is Tekka Place hawker in little India. To Mustafa center is also close. The hotel room is spacious, there is a mini kitchen. The toilet has a bidet. It's great.

Neat place with more than enough kitchen utensils. Traveling with kids, getting more convenience with the room equipped with a mini kitchen and microwave. The location is perfect, with only 2 to 5 minutes to both the bus stop and MRT station. Hawker foods are also just across the street that make it lovely to explore local food, snacks, and even coffee.

The hotel is located on the 3rd floor above the hustle and bustle of Little India close to public transport and with a small Starbucks just downstairs. Inside the rooms are cool and quiet and kept beautifully clean whilst being ecologically aware. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. They are professional friendly and kind. I managed to lose my passport on my way to the hotel and after a 20 hour plane journey I was stressed and upset. Khine the lady on Reception went so far above and beyond to help and look after me I could never thank her enough. As it was I never found it but with the combined help of the hotel and the excellent people of Singapore I was issued with an emergency one in no time. I would love to return to this beautiful city and whilst there are many elegant and sophisticated hotels to choose this is where I will stay.

Great facilities for travellers. Located close to hawker center and two MRT stations. Unfortunately upon arrival our air conditioning was not working properly. After two sleepless nights we were able to move rooms. Requested compensation three times from desk staff but kept getting told to wait for a manager that never reached out to us. Comfortable rooms orherwise

All in all, Citadines Rochor was a fine place to stay. Super convenient to the MRT meant we saved money on airport transfers, and made our way around Singapore on the MRT using a prepaid card with unlimited travel. The room was amazing, it had everything including cooker, washer/dryer, clothes horse for drying, iron, and much more. Water station with cold and hot water on each floor. A bit confusing to find initially, and an odd entry with a lift from street level to lobby on level 3. Once you know the setup it’s fine. On the edge of Little India there were endless food options (if you like Indian). We hadn’t stayed anywhere else in Singapore so we’re not able to compare cost or quality, but we were totally satisfied. Highly recommended.

The room was very small and had the smallest twin beds I’ve ever seen. Hallways had horrible odor. Room was clean though. Manager allowed us to check out 1 day early but I had paid extra for refundable rate. Hotel is in the heart of little India if that’s where you want to be though. Easy to walk to restaurants shops but all Indian food only.

This property had a nice pool and a small gym, which was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nice and cold. They offered flavored water and regular filtered water and ice in multiple locations which we utilized every day. The location is right next to an Indian market and a short walk to Bugis street market. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
