Citadines Rochor Singapore

We were staying here as a group of more than 10 people. It was the best hotel within our budget during F1 period. The staffs were very professional, quick, very accurate, very helpful and very welcoming. We were here for business so we required their help with many detailed papers but the staffs were very patient and helpful. Even though the rooms weren't spacious but somehow they were comfortable enough for 2 people. The beds were a little smaller than normal, but as a 5'10" adult , I could sleep fine and comfortably. Everyone in our team was happy with the beds and the rooms. All the facilities in the rooms were nice, clean and very useful indeed! Great for business and long stay because many things are included in the room ex. Iron, utensils, dish washing sink. Breakfast boxes (bags) were very convenient. They were more than enough to eat and were left over for later snacking. We also asked the hotel for airport transfer which was very convenient and we had no problem with the arrangement. The hotel also get grab taxi for the guests if requested, with no extra charge. Staying at the Citadines Rochor made our business trip very smooth and comfortable. Everyone was able to rest well so we could do our business successfully and happily. The CR was definitely one of many impressions we had in SG. Any enquiries, just email the front office directly,they're very quick&helpful! Definitely coming back and definitely our hotel of choice the next time we have to be in SG.

施設は真新しく清潔で部屋は広く一人で使用するに不自由はありませんでした。 スタッフの方の対応はとても良く金庫が使えなくなったときに迅速に対応して頂いたりチェックアウト後にも荷物をまとめるために共同スペースの利用を許可してくださったり色々と助かりました。 またランドリールームがありますが一度使用するには洗濯、乾燥それぞれに9ドルと一人の使用料金としては少々高く現金の支払いが出来ないので若干の注意が必要です。 快適なシンガポール旅行が過ごせましたので次回来るときもまたこちらのホテルをご利用したいと思います。

Good location, clean, fine facilities, excellent service. A few things do that I stil will not come back to this hotel, unfortunately. – There is no wifi funtional enough to enable work. The network logs you off every five minutes, and you need to log back in. I messaged the customer service, was told that the IT department had been contacted and would "rectify the problem", and nothing more happened. – There is a small kitchen, but no way to do the dishes. No hot water – you are expected to carry that from a dispenser ten rooms away. The sink also is too small for the frying pan provided. – And the place is noisy. Soundproofing towards the outside is good, but the noise is internal. Both families with babies and people coming in late will wake you up.

Comfortable and neat rooms, great pool and friendly staff. Easy to jump on the Hop On Hop Off bus outside the hotel.

I stayed at this hotel several times over the past month, and on two occasions, the emergency bell rang in the middle of the night and early morning. I believe this was done maliciously, and I couldn't sleep at all. Despite this, I received no apology, and they didn't even offer one unless I complained.

Worst possible place, avoid staying here. Has bed bugs and got bit within the first night of staying here. Place was dirty, neighbors were smoking even though a non smoking hotel. Only have cleaning services on certain days. Moved rooms because of cigarette smoke smell and second room had a sewage problem. Ratings on here are not reliable and place is not clean at all. Bud bugs avoid.

A great property inna suoerb location close to Arab Street and Sultan mosque. The only tiny negative was a tv that wouldn't work, and no staff turned up to correct it. Not a big deal, as we didnt need it.

The hotel is located on the 3rd floor above the hustle and bustle of Little India close to public transport and with a small Starbucks just downstairs. Inside the rooms are cool and quiet and kept beautifully clean whilst being ecologically aware. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. They are professional friendly and kind. I managed to lose my passport on my way to the hotel and after a 20 hour plane journey I was stressed and upset. Khine the lady on Reception went so far above and beyond to help and look after me I could never thank her enough. As it was I never found it but with the combined help of the hotel and the excellent people of Singapore I was issued with an emergency one in no time. I would love to return to this beautiful city and whilst there are many elegant and sophisticated hotels to choose this is where I will stay.

Quite a few negatives with very hard beds and poor sound proofing resulting in poor sleep for expensive accommodation Also hasn’t replenished soap dispensers Positive is distance to food outlets in little India and metro Very disappointed stay and can definitely find better in Singapore

Great facilities for travellers. Located close to hawker center and two MRT stations. Unfortunately upon arrival our air conditioning was not working properly. After two sleepless nights we were able to move rooms. Requested compensation three times from desk staff but kept getting told to wait for a manager that never reached out to us. Comfortable rooms orherwise

Location is great. You are in little India, Starbucks is a minute walk away. Bed is comfortable & rooms were quiet. With a grocery store across the street, frig & microwave having breakfast was pleasant.

Room clean and tidy, comfort, near MTR, with all necessary appliances, living like at home

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Rochor. Dining options abound in a rich cultural environment. The room was very clean, AC worked perfectly, pool was lovely. Great stay overall.

It was close to the subway

All in all, Citadines Rochor was a fine place to stay. Super convenient to the MRT meant we saved money on airport transfers, and made our way around Singapore on the MRT using a prepaid card with unlimited travel. The room was amazing, it had everything including cooker, washer/dryer, clothes horse for drying, iron, and much more. Water station with cold and hot water on each floor. A bit confusing to find initially, and an odd entry with a lift from street level to lobby on level 3. Once you know the setup it’s fine. On the edge of Little India there were endless food options (if you like Indian). We hadn’t stayed anywhere else in Singapore so we’re not able to compare cost or quality, but we were totally satisfied. Highly recommended.

Lovely staff and we were able to freshen up upon arrival while our room was prepared. Little India location is convenient.

The Citadines provides excellent amenities and location to easily get around Singapore.

Location was great! Tekka Center and Indian Arcade across the street. Little India and Rochor MRT stops very close. The pool was a wonderful respite in the mid day heat. The only criticism is there were no instructions for late night check in. We arrived after midnight & another guest hhelped us access the elevator.
