Loved the newly renovated Grand Hyatt on Orchard Road - the place exudes modern sensibilities with a Japanese touch. Attention to detail on little comforts like spring loaded sliding doors and automated bidet made the stay truly enjoyable. The spa and outdoor pool area were very done. Super convenient location within walking distance to Orchard MRT.

It appears you need to have certain memberships to have access to the various areas in the hotel, which is very limiting if you’re a hotel guest.

Awesome staycation that we had at Hyatt's newly renovated place. Love their little cosy corner in the room and gym facilities. Super awesome 😎

I recently stayed 8 nights my my wife and 2 year old son. We had such an amazing stay. I really can not find anything negative to say about the Grand Hyatt. The location is fantastic as it's just a few minutes walk to Ion, Paragon and Takashimaya shopping malls along with Orchard MRT station. The hotel itself is very modern and clean. The standard king room at 42sqm is very large and my son had plenty of room to run around and play. He particularly loved the daybed in the window. The bathroom is beautiful and has a double vanity with backlit mirrors, large walk-in shower with two shower heads and smart toilet. I can't forget the Balmain toiletries which smell amazing. I wish i had them to use at home. Room service is of very high standard and we never had to wait more than 25 minutes. The club sandwich and vegetable curry with roti bread was absolutely delicious. Easily the best curry and roti we have ever had! The hotel has done a great job soundproofing the rooms as they are very quiet and we could not hear our neighbours on either side and no noise from the hallway either which is a first for us. I'm sure our neighbours were equally relieved as toddler melt downs are real :) The pools and gardens are my favorite part of the hotel. As the pool opens at 7:00am, I loved having a morning swim and listening to the birds singing and taking in the warm fresh air. It's so relaxing and a great way to start the day. We will return next year for another week :)

Oh my goodness, what a great hotel. After 6 weeks in Europe on holiday we needed a few days down time, the Oasis space at the Grand Hyatt was just brilliant. Could not be happier with our decision to stay there
